Pros:

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit dans cet établissement, mais l'expérience a été parfaite. L'emplacement est idéal : l'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport, ce qui est ultra pratique, tout en restant à proximité d'une grande et belle plage. Mention spéciale pour la piscine qui est vraiment très agréable. Un excellent compromis entre praticité et détente !

It’s nice and close to the airport which is great after a long travel day, staff are lovely! Our room was so clean and comfortable, really liked our stay here! We were only here for 1 night but it was great for what we needed

Pros:

Tiptop. Gutes sauberes Mittelklasse Hotel. Perfekt für ein-zwei Nächte oder auch länger. Flughafen in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Gut zu wissen, wer vor 14.00 Uhr einchecken will, muss ev. 200 Batt extra zahlen.

Na początku okej, a potem nieprzyjemny finał pobytu
Pros:

Hotel blisko lotniska, wspólna kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, w której można było coś ugotować. Wygodne łóżka. Basen, pralnia, duży i przestronny pokój.

Cons:

Trafiliśmy do tego hotelu po odwołaniu lotów do Polski z powodu ataków rakietowych. Choć hotel dotrzymał ustaleń i pozwolił nam przedłużać pobyt do soboty, sam standard pokoju pozostawiał wiele do życzenia, zwłaszcza przy cenie 180 zł za dobę.
Największe minusy:
- w pokoju nie sprzątano codziennie, dopiero przy naszym przypomnieniu
- z wentylacji wydobywał się bardzo nieprzyjemny odór, co było uciążliwe przy kilkudniowym pobycie

Największy niesmak pozostawia jednak sytuacja wymeldowania się z hotelu:
Chcieliśmy być w porządku, więc sami zgłosiliśmy na recepcji przypadkowe zbicie szklanki i od razu za nią zapłaciliśmy (było to dzień przed wymeldowaniem się). W dzień wymeldowania obsługa pokazała nam mały, rozpruty na rogu ręcznik, twierdząc, że to nasza wina. Problem w tym, że w ogóle nie używaliśmy małych ręczników (korzystaliśmy tylko z dużych), więc musiał on zostać nam dostarczony w takim stanie przez serwis sprzątający. Mimo to zmuszono nas do zapłaty.
Dodatkowo: Błędy w dokumentach: Prosiliśmy o faktury za pobyt w hotelu, aby ubiegać się o zwrot kosztów od linii lotniczych. Obsługa wykazała się niestarannością, wpisując na fakturze moje dwa imiona zamiast imienia i nazwiska. Gdyby nie moja spostrzegawczość, wyjechalibyśmy z błędnym dokumentem, co mogłoby być podstawą do odrzucenia wniosku o odszkodowanie. Na szczęście błąd poprawiono na miejscu, ale niesmak pozostał.

Bardzo słabe podejście do gościa, który i tak jest w trudnej sytuacji losowej. Nasza uczciwość została wykorzystana do obciążenia nas za cudze zaniedbania.

Podsumowując: hotel wykorzystuje trudną sytuację turystów, jest niestaranny w dokumentacji i szuka dodatkowych zysków tam, gdzie gość wykazuje się uczciwością. Zdecydowanie nie polecam.

Easy and relaxing close to the airport.
Pros:

Great spot close to the airport, perfect for an evening arrival. Nice facilities and pool and the breakfast snack was more like a proper breakfast with toast, fruit and coffee.

Un hôtel très agréable avec sa piscine, des espaces communs très conviviaux, une cuisine avec tout le nécessaire. Ils proposent un petit déjeuner gratuit. Les chambres sont propres. Proche de l’aéroport, c’est un lieu parfait pour se reposer à la suite d’un long vol ou avant de repartir.
