Cons:

Wasserdruck in einem Zimmer so sanft, dass Haare waschen nicht möglich war. Keine Fliegengitter, daher viele Moskitos im Zimmer. Strand nicht besonders schön.

Housekeeping wasn't consistent daily,always had to ask reception for something whether it be towels or toilet paper etc

Ok but not great.
Pros:

The hotel is well located and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and lively.

Cons:

WiFi was good near the pool and restaurant but very bad in our room.
The pool and restaurant area are a bit too small for the number of rooms. It was probably gone before more rooms were added upstairs and to the back but not now.
One evening a large party had booked a function at the restaurant, making the area very crowded and we were not informed beforehand that this was going to happen.

Lovely
Pros:

Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Close to everything. Staff were awesome. Food was good. Live music twice in the week we stayed. Rooms clean and spacious.

Cons:

Nothing bad, just an observation. Pool tiles need replacing. And a coat of paint on the wall facing the pool would be great.
Other than that a hotel that I will definitely come back to.

Lovely resort
Pros:

Location was amazing and staff very accommodating. Villas beautiful and spacious, grounds were very tropical and well kept. Eddie the Chef was a real character and was very helpful with my specially dietary needs. Fun atmosphere around the pool on nights when there was a small band.

Cons:

Missing tiles in pool. Exposed live wires in sand at base of palm tree near pool. Air conditioner struggled and no fan available when requested. Coffee supplies not replenished unless asked. Shortage of pool towels when busy one day and had to use bath towel (it was a local special holiday and minimum staff meant delays in laundering towels, but there should be enough towels to cater)

Excellent location right on the beach with incredible pool! Close to lots of restaurant's and massages etc.. super clean rooms with comfy beds, helpful staff, we did Ana amazing snorkeling trip that they organised for us.

A tranquil, beautiful place to relax before and after our adventures around the island each day.
Pros:

Location, friendly and hard working staff, great food at restaurant and great to have room service when not feeling well.
Peaceful outdoor setting, relaxed atmosphere.

Cons:

- Lots of plastic bottles used, compared to some places that provide refillable glass bottles
- The water was cold for some of our showers
- Internet was weak and frequently disconnected
