Ideal location, happy staff, relaxing
Pros:

The location is amazing, the pool isn’t huge but right overlooking the water. Up a long driveway and you are on the Main Street with everything at your fingertips, cafes, coffee, bars, restaurant’s, massages. Staff are amazing, so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Sandy was our fave, always happy and great sense of humour. The food at the restaurant was good so if you couldn’t be bothered going out it was easy to have lunch, dinner or a snack. Breakfast you could order one item from each page or pay extra for more. It was good and quite enough, try the Banana or Pine Apple pancakes. Cocktails were great and available from the pool. It isn’t five but this is a gem of a find, fantastic for groups traveling together. We hired bikes and that was arranged through the resort but if that’s not your thing plenty of taxi’s around too and the hotel will help you.

Cons:

We booked the more expensive Superior Deluxe room but be aware there are only four on the ground level the rest are up steep stairs off a corridor. They were nice renovated rooms with a balcony but nowhere does it mention on the booking site that these rooms are upstairs and pictures don’t show this either. Unfortunately the resort was fully booked so we couldn’t change and all our friends were in the downstairs huts.
From what we could gather from our group, some rooms are renovated and some are older. The rooms at the back row of the resort seem to have more un renovated huts .
Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss but they were happy to give us towels or whatever was forgotten.

Pros:

Staff is amazing, view is spectacular, the peace, the beach in front, the food, location, all is like a dream!

Cons:

I must mention I was quite surprised there was no water canister in the room nor the front, that threw me off a bit, needing to buy water constantly. Also, the rooms noise isolation is zero so got woken up at 6am every morning from the roosters and staff (not staffs fault).
