Pros:

Great location right on the beach, close to bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The breakfast was good. Nice sunsets.

A lovely, comfortable stay and would recommended.
Pros:

Great sized self contained rooms. Easy beach access and to the main strip.

Cons:

Some portions of food were small. My husband ordered fish and chips and it was a kids portion. So we ended up eating out more.

Would definitely return.
Pros:

There wasn’t much to not like.
The food, staff and hotel in general was very good.
Location was brilliant.

Cons:

The housekeeping became a little lax from day 3. Forgetting to replace towels toilet paper etc. but once advised was corrected straight away.

Pros:

Helpful and friendly staff, nothing was a problem. Staff had contacts for scooter hire and laundry which were same as non-resort prices so very easy to book through resort
Great size complex, enough to be personable but enough to spread out
Lovely breakfast options, we had 4 nights and i enjoyed trying 4 different breakfast options

Highlight was food quality
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities were good though there was no body wash for the shower. Food was excellent and staff friendly. Pool area was nice

Only issue was no one to serve a drink at 10pm

Good value hotel in a great location with stunning views
Pros:

Lovely little hotel in a good location right by the beach in the centre of Jungutbatu. Lots of restaurants and shops surrounding the property. Also a very nice restaurant and bar on site serving great food and drinks at good prices. Staff very helpful. Bedrooms clean and very comfortable. We appreciated being provided with 4 small bottles of water every day and daily cleaning. Also useful that pool towels are provided. Views from the pool area, especially the sunsets, are stunning!

Cons:

There was a lot of noise from construction work going on right next to the pool area which did affect our enjoyment of our time in the resort. In particular I felt a bit uncomfortable as a female with all the young men working on this site and staring at me in my swimwear!

Personeel was erg beleefd en aardig! Op zich wel leuke locatie dicht bij restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Ontbijt was goed, alleen niet erg veel, sommige gerechten.

Cons:

Douch was niet heel hygiënisch, ik schuifje een kastje iets weg en er lag stof voor een jaar. Aankomst van het hotel is niet echt aantrekkelijk. Het ligt tussen een soort van bouwval en daar loop je achterlangs, zonder mooie aankleding naar het hotel

アットホームで最高のロケーション
Pros:

シャワーのお湯もすぐに、しっかり出ました。アメニティも一通りありました。
朝食は特別ではないが、海に面したカウンター席は何より最高のごちそう。カットフルーツもとても美味しかったです。

Un air de vacances garantit !
Pros:

La proximité de la plage ! L’espace extérieur permet de s’installer confortablement sur un transat avec au choix, la piscine à débordements ou la mer pour se rafraîchir. Les bungalow sont installés dans des allées très arborées et calmes et la literie est très confortable.
Le personnel est aux petits soins pour leurs clients.

Cons:

La salle de bain mériterait d’être rafraîchie (peintures, joints…)
