Le fait de payer chaque trajet en véhicule de 2 km pour rejoindre le parking. Au moins , à l’arrivée et au départ, la liaison devrait être comprise.
Pas d’entretien de la chambre pendant le séjour

You get what you pay for with the facilities due to price and location so not too many complaints there. No hot water isn’t great and our bathroom lights didn’t work so it was very dark.

My main issue was trying to arrange a taxi - I honestly wouldn’t bother. We messaged and rang multiple times before our stay to arrange this and was ignored. They messaged a few days before saying to ring an hour before we want picking up, we did this and they said no taxis available which was strange because they could of told us the specific time the taxi was going to be at the pier. We ended up getting a taxi boat over which I would recommend much more.

The restaurant was very basic but that is understandable for the location I suppose - it did the trick. Most of the staff were polite but was sometimes hard to get service and food took a long time to come out. Eating there 3 times a day got a bit tiresome.

La playa es perfecta para desconectar del mundo, ya que el acceso es muy complicado y necesitas pagar para salir y entrar, prácticamente. No porque sea de pago, sino porque el camino para llegar por tierra es tan complicado, que no puedes hacerlo con moto, y el resort ofrece servicio de taxi, pero pagando. También hay un acceso por el mar en taxi boat, que no lo probé, pero llegaba y se iba mucha gente para disfrutar de la playa de esta forma, por lo que tiene que estar bien.
La playa es para un chapuzón y tomar el sol, pero no para buceo.
También hay monos que puedes ver en la naturaleza, eso está bien.

Ahora el resort.... la habitación cuando nos la entregaron, nada mas entrar noté un olor extraño.. mi marido pensaba que podía ser amoniaco que con la madera habia quedado un olor raro, pero a mi me parecía que era mas bien moho, y el último día me pareció ver moho en la almohada. Llegó un punto que de estar ahi 3 noches me acostumbré al olor, pero se ha quedado en algunas prendas de ropa y una mochila, por lo que me confirma mas a mis sospechas de moho.
La cama era como de polipiel, por lo que la sábana se deslizaba y era incómodo para conciliar el sueño. Si a esto se le añade que no hay aire acondicionado (esto lo avisan, pero no hace que sea menos duro) hay ventilador, eso si.
El baño parecía sacado de una película de terror, como mínimo podrían dar una capa de pintura, o arreglar la tapa del wc, o arreglar el grifo....
Tampoco avisan (o al menos yo no lo vi) que no llega cobertura móvil a la zona y dependes de su wifi.
El restaurante está bien, los trabajadores son muy simpáticos, pero un poco despistados. De 4 comidas que hicimos ahí, 3 se olvidaron de nuestras comandas y tardaron mas de 1h cada vez en traernos la comida.
El restaurante a veces ofrece espectáculos de fuego, y música de ambiente. Tanta música que el primer dia no se acabó hasta las 3 de la mañana, y al ser la cabaña de placas de madera de un grosor de unos 4cm, olvídate de descansar.

Le prix est très correct mais le bungalow n’est pas entretenu : robinets qui bougent, poignée de la salle de bain cassée, portes de placard cassée, matelas très très très dur
Des déchets se trouvent aux environs des bungalows.
Le personnel très peu souriant.
À prévoir : l’accès se fait uniquement en taxi puis taxi Boat ou en taxi 4x4 à réserver auprès de l’hôtel au préalable.

L'accès compliqué, mais qui garanti aussi la tranquillité de la plage.

Not sure what to start with;
- communication, or rather a lack of. Before we arrived with a 2 year old kid, I've sent few messages asking how to get there, about facilities. And received nothing, no response
- if you used to be welcomed at other stays in Thailand, here you won't be. Pretty cold older lady was just handing over the key
- the bungalow: insects of all sizes, dead and alive on the floor, under the bed.
Horrible smell of moist and fungus on entry: we had to open the windows to get some fresh air inside.
Bathroom, the tiles broken with sharp edges sticking up...and water coming from underneath the tiles.
Toilet with devastated seat, thorn away.
Shower cold water only
..and these piles of garbage, plastic, wires etc just next to the bungalows

Smelly towels, smelly beds. An absolute disaster.
Pretty sad, because the bay is so beautiful, it's just run by people who shouldn't be working in hospitality.
