Pros:

La struttura, l accoglienza ed il servizio attento oltre al ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato ottimi piatti di terra

Cons:

Solo il non poter stendere gli asciugamani bagnati se non in bagno dove non c'è spazio sufficiente

Rapport qualité / prix décevant
Pros:

L’endroit est magnifique en pleine nature et il y a un parking gratuit pour les clients de l’hôtel.
Top pour les sportifs : terrain de foot, tennis….
La piscine de 25 mètres est super et très bien entretenue.

Cons:

Le manque d’intérêt du personnel pour la clientèle de l’hôtel, on a l’impression d’être transparent.
Notre chambre n’était pas prête mais après quelques coups de fil l’hôtesse nous en trouve une.
Problème de chasse d’eau rapidement réglé ! Apparemment courant.

Une seule personne pour le petit-déjeuner gentil mais débordé.
Résultat : une heure après le début du petit-déjeuner plus de croissants ! Et il n’en remet pas à l’arrivée d’autres clients de l’hôtel…. Reste quelques tranches de pain, des biscottes et une tarte à la confiture.
La présentation et la qualité des produits sont médiocres.
Je souhaite un café américain on me montre une cafetière électrique éteinte du coup j’ai droit à un café froid !

Cons:

Rapporto qualità prezzo non top. Nello specifico colazione un po’ povera e ristorante per alcuni piatti prezzi esagerati rispetto alle quantità (crostoni 18 euro per praticamente due bruschette). Servizio un po’ da rivedere

La struttura offre molti servizi ai clienti, la piscina è in assoluto il servizio migliore, la posizione è molto comoda per raggiungere le spiagge nelle vicinanze, il ristorante ottimo!

Cons:

La struttura è un pò datata servirebbe una ristrutturazione soprattutto nelle camere, noi abbiamo avuto problemi sia al condizionatore che alla luce in bagno

Con più manutenzione sarebbe un gioiellino.
Pros:

La struttura è all interno di un parco ed è esteticamente molto bella.con più personale e manutenzione avrebbe un ottimo potenziale. Posizione ottima e servizio piscina se non si volesse andare a mare.

Cons:

Non funzionava il telefono fisso per chiamare ma siamo dovute andare a cercare qualcuno personalmente . Era il weekend caldissimo e volevamo avvisare che l’aria in camera non funzionava. Per di più impossibile aprire la finestra (oltre a non esserci zanzariere) ma c erano presenti nidi. Ascensore presente ma non funzionante.

Il bagno .doccia piccola .e.poca illuminazione .. impianto di climatizzatore nn funzionante la la porta della camera che nn chiudeva bene..in piu una mosca spaccicata tra le lenzuola che nn era lì da un giorno.. ma capisco che in campagna può capitare!.. francamente da un resort tra l'altro neanche conveniente mi aspettavo di piu!

Pros:

Appartamento grande, spazioso e pulito. Colazione varia con dolci fatti da loro. Molto disponibili. Avrei preferito avere più scelte di salato, ma nel complesso molto soddisfacente. Menzione da fare all’ambiente riservato per la colazione che è veramente piacevole. Piscina sia per grandi che per piccini in ambiente veramente rilassato e piacevole.

Cons:

Poche stoviglie in appartamento è difficile cucinarci in generale per le piastre.

la pulizia .
acqua marrone che usciva dal lavandino.
aria condizionata non funzionava, in bagno la luce che non funzionava.
camera piena di zanzare, era però presente un fornellino... peccato completamente vuoto
frigo che non si chiudeva dalla quantità di ghiaccio presente nel freezer con necessità di sbrinarlo durante la notte
prezzo decisamente non in linea con quanto offerto
