perfect, comfort and safe
Pros:

The staff are all fine and so kind and professional, the Location is amazing very close to the city center where there are restaurants and facilities for relaxing. the parking area is useful and completely safe, the Cleaness of the rooms are fantastic and comfort; I was there in HOTEL ROMA Cividale, for more than 3 times in different rooms and found all Rooms comfort and was always satisfied;

Cons:

just the brekfast can be improved, actually the provided brekfast is fine as the B&B, but it can be much better as the 3 star hotel, specially since there are some good bars nearby the hotel location; therefore, it's recomandable;

Cividale del Friuli in compagnia del mio fedele pelosone :-)
Pros:

camera ampia e ben tenuta\pulita, parcheggio privato interno, parcheggi a pagamento (strisce blu) esterni alla struttura, parcheggi gratuiti alla stazione ferroviaria a 150\200 metri dalla struttura, a due passi dal centro e bar\ristoranti a profuzione sempre in zona. sicuramente ci si ritorna ;-) .
