Really disappointing! Zero sleep!
Cons:

Stayed in a family room with my 12 year old on Saturday night for an event in Crystal Brook, unfortunately we had Zero sleep! The music was pumping until 2am the yelling from patrons was insane.
We would have been better off sleeping in our car.
Apparently the pub closes at 1am but was clearly open much later.
Was really disappointing, I feel like you shouldn't be able to offer accommodation when you know that you won't be able actually sleep.

We had an awesome time spent in Port Broughton & will defs stay at the hotel again. :)
Pros:

Fantastic beachfront location, very clean facilities & room. Tea/Coffee, Fridge & Toaster available.

Cons:

Granted a long weekend when we stayed & it was very busy at the time... but we had waited over an hour for our meal.

Pros:

Aunque fuimos durante un fin de semana con festivo y el lugar estaba muy ocupado, el personal fue muy amable. La ubicación es increíble, con una muy buena vista al jetty. La relación costo-beneficio es bastante buena. Las habitaciones son sencillas, al igual que la cama, pero considerando el precio, vale la pena.

Pros:

Location perfect. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. No outside noise and great sunrise

Amazing staff and clean facilities. Absolutely loved it
Pros:

When We arrived we had told an employee that we just finished a 10 hour drive. She offered us two cokes for free and even though the kitchen was closing they still gave us two schnitzels. Absolutely amazing service

We could of used a PowerPoint near the beds

In general it was good - but the noisy door situation would be a deal breaker for me for future visits

Cons:

1. Shared bathroom doors have no “slow/gentle” closing mechanism and with guests going in and out to toilet all night the doors bang loudly and wake others up. I was in Room 7 and it was very loud, guests in rooms 8 & 9 also told me about this problem and were feeling frustrated (they’d been there for several nights).

2. Guests were out on the balcony until well after 11pm and drinking/noisy … do staff /anyone monitor this??

3.Would be good on your website to say there is a fridge, tea/coffee making and a toaster!! Include done plates and knives up there too.
