Υπέροχη εμπειριά στη ζουγκλα
Pros:

Πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία, με υπέροχη θέα στη ζούγκλα απευθείας από το παράθυρο του δωματίου. Οι χώροι του πρωινού και της πισίνας ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευχάριστοι και προσεγμένοι. Τα δωμάτια ήταν καθαρά, ευρύχωρα και με άνετα κρεβάτια. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, με ιδιαίτερη αναφορά στη Florencia και τον Leandro που έκαναν τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο ευχάριστη.

Ήμασταν απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι από τη διαμονή μας· ωστόσο, αν έπρεπε να αναφέρουμε κάτι που θα μπορούσε να βελτιωθεί, αυτό θα ήταν το πρωινό, το οποίο παρότι πλούσιο, θα θέλαμε να έχει μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία σε αλμυρές επιλογές. Επιπλέον, θα ήταν χρήσιμο να παρέχονται και παντοφλάκια στο δωμάτιο.

El lugar es hermoso,la atención de los empleados es muy cordial.

Pasamos unos pocos días y uno descarta que en este tipo de hotel descanse mal o no tenga agua caliente para ducharse...pasamos 2 días con agua apenas tibia , nos dijeron q estaba todo bien y el último día nos avisaron q la caldera estaba baja...pero solución no hubo nunca y al pedir 1 h para dejar la habitacion x tema de organización x el vuelo y ducharnos como corresponde y
recibimos una respuesta negativa.

Very nice place close to the falls
Pros:

It is in the middle of a jungle, very silent for sleeping. You could spot some wild animals in the hotel. It was amazing.

Cons:

The shower is not well designed, so after a shower the whole bathroom ends up wet ( of course because of the local humid weather of the jungle the bathroom was wet until room service)
The mattress was not comfortable, it was worn out and had sagging spots.
The pillowcases were to small for the pillows.
Included breakfast was basic.

Extraordinary
Pros:

Todo en el hotel es muy agradable y lindo, es tranquilo y familiar. Quiero recalcar la predisposición y amabilidad de todo el personal que está siempre con una sonrisa y dispuesto a ayudar a todas horas. Hemos tenido problemas con nuestro vuelo de regreso y pudimos extender un día más sin problemas y luego quedarnos una tarde más disfrutando de la piscina incluso luego de haber hecho check out. El personal todo el tiempo nos estuvo asistiendo y haciéndonos pasar un momento agradable a pesar de nuestros vuelos cancelados. Respecto al desayuno también es muy bueno, tiene varias opciones de comida dulce y salada. La locación es excelente, se encuentra dentro de la selva por lo que es muy tranquilo y con unas vistas preciosas desde la habitación. Lo único “malo” es que si o si necesitas un vehículo para movilizarte pero es algo que se sabe desde que reservas un hotel alejado. Fui con mis dos padres y todos hemos tenido una experiencia increíble.
