Great value for money if you don’t mind a mediocre bathroom.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They also let us use the common area for snacks in the afternoon and provided hot water for tea literally 24/7. We liked the breakfast (which was prepared early for us one day) and the location close to the City Center and bus station. The pool was a plus!

Cons:

The rooms desperately need updating, especially the bathroom. The cleaners did what they could and provided fresh sheets and towels daily but the appliances are falling apart, there’s holes on the walls and guest don’t use the ventilation (or can’t find the button) so there is mould on the ceiling.

Todo!! La atención del personal es un 1000. Todos con muy buena predisposición y siempre ayudando en todo 😊. Nosotros nos hospedamos en el departamento, el cual es mas grande de lo que esperábamos. La verdad que es super cómodo y la señal de wifi es excelente, que con chicos y por temas laborales suma un montón. En cuanto al desayuno me parece bien la variedad y si tenes alguna excursión temprano, te preparan para que puedas desayunar antes, son lo más!. Volvería sin dudar y claramente lo recomendaremos a todos nuestros conocidos

Cons:

Positive:
The staff were very nice and friendly. This was the only real positive of my stay.

Negative:
The hotel is extremely noisy. You can hear doors opening and closing constantly, as well as people talking from inside your room. I strongly recommend avoiding the pool-view rooms. The hotel does not have restricted pool hours, so there are always people there, and the noise includes loud chatting and screaming.

Although the hotel states they will ask guests to be quiet after 7 p.m., this rule is not enforced.

Rooms close to the kitchen are the worst. Staff start preparing breakfast early in the morning, and you can hear everything from your room. I woke up multiple times and did not get the rest I needed.

The towels are also very rough. I recommend bringing your own.

Because of the lack of rest after two nights, I decided to leave one night early. I requested a refund for the unused night, but it was refused.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful, nice terrace with a view on a river.
Room was pretty clean.

Cons:

Shower wasn't working properly (water was either too hot or too cold),
It's on the outskirts, 1km from bus station and from all the restaurants (but that also means it's more peaceful neighborhood)

Great base to visit the Iguazu falls
Pros:

I agree with the other reviews on this place. It's really very well located, the breakfast is very nice and the staff is absolutely fabulous. We were a large family group taking 3 rooms and the staff was really helpful

Cons:

Some rooms look better kept than others, but overall it was very good value for money.

Pros:

Pros:

El personal es muy amable. Algo para mejorar son las duchas ya que son eléctricas (o un sistema el cual el agua sale templada). Y falta colocar más almohadas. El resto, muy bien!!! Solo esas cosas por mejorar.

Pros:

Me encantó que el cuarto y el baño eran amplios, todo estaba impecable, con lindas vistas, el desayuno (lo más importante para mi) era variado tenías frutas cortadas como melón, sandía, ananá, había riquísimas medialunas que podías tostar, jamón y queso, pan negro, cositas dulces y variedad de tés. Estás cerca de tod, de la terminal, de av Brasil (muchos bares), del Duty, etc y además ofrecen remises para moverte más cómodo
