Pros:

Besonders das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Mir wurden Tipps für die Stadt gegeben, die Möglichkeit mein Gepäck unterzustellen, während ich am letzten Tag im Park war und man hat sich allgemein sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Räume waren sauber und wurde morgens neu gereinigt. Der Pool war schön, mein Zimmer ruhig gelegen und das Frühstück extra früh vorbereitet.

Das Hotel war ein Glücksgriff und perfekt für den Besuch der Wasserfälle!

Cons:

Das ich zu wenig Zeit am Pool verbracht habe!

Todo el personal fue muy amable desde que llegué hasta que me fui, llegué antes del horario del check in y me dejaron dejar las valijas ahí, y lo mismo el día del check out. El desayuno muy rico y variado. La ubicación es excelente, está a 3 cuadras del centro y fue muy seguro para caminar sola por la noche. La verdad muy recomendable, quiero destacar a Juan Carlos que fue muy atento y predispuesto.

Is it a 3-star Hotel or a Hostel ?
Pros:

Friendly reception. Nice location near the river. 10 min walking distance to restaurants and 20 min to bus station. The Hotel is somewhere in between a Hostel and a 3-star Hotel. Simple Breakfast. Average value, you pay for the location.

Cons:

Small rooms. Even with instructions we were not able to operate the safety box. Hot-Cold Water shower hard to control. Beware of jumping into the pool, in some place only 50 cms deep ! Pool water temperature was 32 Centigrades. More like a bathtub.... No drinks no food. If thirsty you may find a water dispenser in the kitchen.

Great value for money if you don’t mind a mediocre bathroom.
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They also let us use the common area for snacks in the afternoon and provided hot water for tea literally 24/7. We liked the breakfast (which was prepared early for us one day) and the location close to the City Center and bus station. The pool was a plus!

Cons:

The rooms desperately need updating, especially the bathroom. The cleaners did what they could and provided fresh sheets and towels daily but the appliances are falling apart, there’s holes on the walls and guest don’t use the ventilation (or can’t find the button) so there is mould on the ceiling.

Todo!! La atención del personal es un 1000. Todos con muy buena predisposición y siempre ayudando en todo 😊. Nosotros nos hospedamos en el departamento, el cual es mas grande de lo que esperábamos. La verdad que es super cómodo y la señal de wifi es excelente, que con chicos y por temas laborales suma un montón. En cuanto al desayuno me parece bien la variedad y si tenes alguna excursión temprano, te preparan para que puedas desayunar antes, son lo más!. Volvería sin dudar y claramente lo recomendaremos a todos nuestros conocidos
