Pros:

Buena calefacción, hay crema hidratante ademas de lo tipico en la ducha, refrigerador y productos para consumir (pagados aparte obvio). Jaqueline muy amable. Desayuno abundante

Cons:

Poco insonorizado, medio extraño el ingreso. El desayuno queda del dia anterior asi q el pan de molde un poco duro.

Acogedora experiencia en El Establo
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación. Limpio y acogedor. El desayuno excelente. La habitación y el baño excelentes. Muy bueno el aire acondicionado.

Cons:

Solo a modo de recomendación, echamos de menos un recibimiento en persona al llegar al hostal y así nos pudiesen dar información relevante del lugar. Un día en la noche nos topamos afuera con una pareja de adultos mayores que venían llegando y no sabían como acceder al hostal y tuvimos que recibirlos nosotros.

Nice bedrooms. The breakfast is good.

Cons:

They lost our luggage. Apparently a tour group took our bags while the hotel was supposed to store them and neither the hostal staff nor the tourist agency noticed. Hours before leaving the country and still without our luggage, the manager didn’t seem to understand the urgency of the situation and we only recovered the bags after insisting we needed the bags that same day. Poor communication on their part, no explanations given and no on-site staff made this worse.

Pros:

die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, sehr sauber und sehr funktionell ausgestattet. Eine sehr gute Idee ist, dass meine Abend der letztes Frühstück in das Zimmer bekommt und dort wirklich alles vorhanden ist, um am nächsten Tag ein gutes Frühstück zu haben. Dadurch kann jeder frühstücken wann er will.

Cons:

wir hatten das letzte Zimmer am Gang und das Internet reicht nicht bis dorthin. Offensichtlich ist das schon länger bekannt, aber es kümmert niemanden.

Wenn man früher als 15:00 Uhr einziehen möchte, dann zahlt man pro Stunde zehn Dollar extra. Das finde ich unnötig, wenn ein Zimmer ohnedies frei ist.

A night each side of a Patagonian walk.
Pros:

Comfortable and clean rooms. Very responsive host. We easily purchased a few hours extension to our stay.
A big breakfast is provided in the room to have at your convenience.

Cons:

It would be good to have an indicator of which direction Hot and Cold are on bathroom taps, especially since it takes a while to come to temp.
We had to pay for our luggage to be stored for a week, even though we were returning for a night. No other place has asked for payment for this.

Wat een prachtige kamer en hostel. Super lieve vrouw die er de hele dag in de weer is met van alles en nog wat. Super schoon. Top ontbijt wat de dag ervoor al gebracht wordt. En de ligging is ook top!

Cons:

Als ik dan toch iets moet zeggen is het de gehorigheid. Tip. Neem oordopjes mee en dan geen probleem

Lovely accommodation.
Pros:

Really nice accommodation, large rooms and bathroom. Breakfast is left in the rooms each day for the next morning, well stocked fridge. This works really well if you are making a super early start for a hike as we did.

Ótima hospedagem em Puerto Natales!
Pros:

Ótima hospedagem! Auto chek-in facilitado pelo proprietário, instalações muito boas,, banho ótimo, café da manhã colocado no final do dia anterior para facilitar os passeios que saem cedo. Tivemos umas ótima experiência.

Cons:

Fica como sugestão uma cortina blackout na janela, já que escurece muito tarde no verão (22h ou mais)
