Een aanrader!
Pros:

Wat een prachtige kamer en hostel. Super lieve vrouw die er de hele dag in de weer is met van alles en nog wat. Super schoon. Top ontbijt wat de dag ervoor al gebracht wordt. En de ligging is ook top!

Cons:

Als ik dan toch iets moet zeggen is het de gehorigheid. Tip. Neem oordopjes mee en dan geen probleem

Lovely accommodation.
Pros:

Really nice accommodation, large rooms and bathroom. Breakfast is left in the rooms each day for the next morning, well stocked fridge. This works really well if you are making a super early start for a hike as we did.

Ótima hospedagem em Puerto Natales!
Pros:

Ótima hospedagem! Auto chek-in facilitado pelo proprietário, instalações muito boas,, banho ótimo, café da manhã colocado no final do dia anterior para facilitar os passeios que saem cedo. Tivemos umas ótima experiência.

Cons:

Fica como sugestão uma cortina blackout na janela, já que escurece muito tarde no verão (22h ou mais)

Very Nice Hotel (Minus the Hot Water Issue on our First Stay)
Pros:

We stayed here twice, once before the W trek and once after. We also stored our luggage here during the trek at a rate of $5 per day per piece of luggage, with no issues. When it was time to head out for the trek, leaving our luggage was easy – we just filled out the tags with our information and left them in the room. The hotel was communicative ahead of our stay and sent the door code and room details, so we had no issues with our arrival. We had a big problem with hot water in our room on the first stay (described below) but other than that, our room was really comfortable, and I loved the self-serve breakfast that was left in the room for us! I also want to note that we stayed in a different room during our second stay (after the W trek) and had no issues with hot water in that room, so I would rate our second stay much higher. My ratings are for our first stay. For both stays, we were in a Double Room with Private Bathroom. The hotel is located about 5-10 minutes away from the main part of Puerto Natales where all the restaurants and shops are, so it is much quieter, but it does mean a bit of a walk.

Cons:

For the first of our two stays, we had no hot water in the shower in our room. I’m not exactly sure what the problem was, but we let the water run for about 30 minutes since the instructions said it might take a while to get hot water. My husband first ran into the problem at night, and I messaged the property on WhatsApp, but didn’t receive a response (granted, it was after-hours). In the morning, I tried the shower again, but eventually gave up since we had a bus to catch. The water was ice cold, so I opted not to shower (not ideal before starting the W trek).

Instalações, limpeza, equipamentos, conforto. Bem exclusivo, com poucas acomodações.
Não necessariamente próximo ao centro dos restaurantes, mas o suficiente para uma pequena caminhada para aquecer ou fazer a digestão.
O café da manhã no quarto e entregue no dia anterior é sempre prático para quem faz passeios muito cedo.

Cons:

Não entendam como uma crítica. O acesso por uma porta diretamente na rua (por senha) pareceu assustador. Quando entramos, a surpresa foi maravilhosa. Um charme.

Lovely hostel in Puerto Natales
Pros:

The property was exactly like you see in the pictures: it has all the comforts and amenities including hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner and even body lotion! The room was warm and cozy, and the fact that breakfast was left in the fridge the evening before was great since pick up times for excursions can be as early as 6 am. It is just 10 mins away from the city centre, and it’s a very pleasant and easy walk. The area and the hostal feel very safe too. The whole city does. The Rotundo Bistrot just one block away is amazing!

Cons:

There seemed to be a functioning reception in the main building but this is no longer in use. Having a working reception would be helpful as some tour guides could not reach me on my phone and they could have asked staff to get me. Moreover, responses to messages on WhatsApp and Booking were quite slow. The lack of a reception also means you are charged remotely on your card for payment and this is far from transparent in my view.

Warm respite from the chilly winds!
Pros:

So cute and cozy! Wonderful big breakfast in the room. Very close to the bus station.

Walls a little thin, so bring earplugs, if needed.

Cons:

The heating wasn’t working.

No one was there and it was very hard to get in touch.

It’s been two weeks since check-out, and we still haven’t received the invoice, and we can’t reach anyone either.
