Pros:

Habitaciones casi en la azotea y no llegaba el WiFi a la habitación y la habitación muy sucia he estado en varios hoteles y este el peor con diferencia

Rooftop incroyable, rien que pour ça, ça vaut le coup ! Regardez le coucher de soleil et manger sur le toit !

الغرفة صغيرة جدا، متسخة جدااا، الفراش صغير وغير مناسب وغير مريح، رائحة المجاري مزعجة جدا، المياه الساخنة تنقطع كثيرا الطاولة الموجودة في السطح متسخة جدا زائد ان المكيف معطل في فصل الصيف

Pros:

Private bathroom, clean room, great rooftop patio and upper terrace views to sit and see the entire old Medina. Right next to the plaza to see the old fortress and access all restaurants.

Cons:

La habitación muy simple, no tenía calefacción, suerte que habían 5 mantas para taparnos del frío que hacía, porque si no salimos de allí con un gripazo.

Tenías que pedir papel higiénico y gel de ducha porque no había desde un principio.

Overall, the stay was good, but some improvements are needed.
Pros:

I liked the reception; it was good. The place was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The terrace was wonderful, and the location was very good.

Cons:

I didn’t like the noise from the reception area. One person was watching videos with loud sound, which was very noisy, especially at night.
Also, the window was broken and not fixed, so during winter we felt cold because air was coming into the room.
Finally, the private bathroom was not a good idea because it was open at the ceiling and had no window. The bad smell spread into the room. I recommend closing the bathroom completely and adding a small window for ventilation.
