Nice and clean
The noise from room above , rang reception at 2:30am to complain , but noise continued didn’t get much sleep because

The bar was really nice and staff was really friendly
Rooms seem quite dated and done in, mattress and pillows was really uncomfortable and the bath seemed to be falling apart the tap was loose and the shower pressure wasn't great, there was black under the toilet seat which we cleaned off with anti bacterial wipes. Also when getting out of bed we noticed there seemed to be what looked like dry vomit on the base of the bed and on the carpet, told the team on check out.
Staff were amazing and the room was great.
The cost of drinks and the breakfast was a bit expensive.

Staff were very friendly, room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
I usually stop in the town center but I was wanting to use spa facilities mainly sauna to help with muscle recovery, I paid double the price I was going to in the town center, to stop at this location which was completely out the way for what I needed, only to find out that both the sauna and the steam room were not working! This was not advertised anywhere when booking and I wasn't offered any discount for the inconvenience.
