Pros:

Everything not to far from the hotel to loads of food place and shops, lovely staff. We loved the fatalities there the swimming pool,hot tub and sauna 😍 👌

Cons:

Nothing to complain about everything was perfect.

The best part was where it was so the location was perfect

Cons:

Didn’t have the wine that was on the menu/booklet and felt the bar staff wasn’t knowledgeable regarding drinks etc and the selection of drinks for a bar was very poor

Enjoyed stay lovely vercilaties friendly staff would probably stay again
Pros:

The room is spacious with good vercilaties opinion of kettle or coffee machine also free shower shampoo and wash complimentary bath robes for use also good size TV and sofa with coffee table and usb ports in the lamps also late check out at 12 plus taxi service cancelled be arranged at the desk

Cons:

Just the bath was a bit slippery when using soaps so could have had bath mats

Excellent
Pros:

The room was perfect, staff were lovely and very helpful, I appreciated the check in the morning to see if we needed the room turned down. Didn't use the restaurant as I have visited twice previously and its very pricey for what you actually get.
The £15pp breakfast was a bit steep for what you get, when there is a carvery over the road that do the same breakfast for £8
Leisure facilities were fantastic we used both evenings when its was quiet and it was so relaxing

Cons:

Again the breakfast on a previous visit was disappointing.

Really nice hotel. Great location for Metrocentre. Staff really friendly.
