Would love to stay again
Pros:

Facilities were great, lots of things that were there that we didn’t think of packing, shampoo, extra towels for swimming, hair dryers. Staff were fantastic, always happy to help, very friendly

Uncomfortable and hot
Pros:

Great location and helpful staff

Cons:

The bed was so hard and uncomfortable we barely slept and left a couple of hours early as there was no point in trying to sleep anymore. Also the aircon didn’t seem to work , there were no instructions for it and we were very hot
There were no WiFi details etc in the room either

Hotel is nice but worse nights sleep ever
Pros:

The hotel is lovely everywhere is clean and the staff are really friendly. We stayed for one night and didn’t go in the onsite restaurant or pool so cannot comment on those areas

Cons:

We paid £135 for the worst nights sleep, the beds were so uncomfortable, we were so grateful to have only stayed one night as we would have probably left earlier due to how uncomfortable it was. For our trip next year we may probably stay somewhere else as I feel like a good nights sleep is the main factor in booking any hotel
