Delta - Last minute booking.
Pros:

Food in restaurant in the evening on Friday 3rd July was amazing. Compliments to the chef.
Receptionist on arrival was really helpful.
Excellent hotel with pool. Was much better than expecting all of it.

Cons:

At breakfast went to sit at a table. Floor was dirty. Bits of food on floor so moved.
No charging plugs on bed side in room. Shower hard to change to cooler temperature. Was too hot.
Kid kicking small ball around by main entrance against glass doors. Nothing said?

Great stay amazing staff
Pros:

Everything was great just wish ever room had a mini fridge as I’ve stayed at cheaper hotels with a mini fridge in every room

Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Loved that there was a bath. The staff were very helpful and smiley. Easy access to the metro centre and getting a train into the centre of Newcastle for a university open day

Cannot fault the hotel.
Pros:

Perfect stay, had a great sleep and room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Fantastic location for metro centre and eating places.
