Bathroom taps so stiff unable to move and no hot water second morning
Location was ideal for shopping in metro centre, the Odeon, train to Hexham and to Newcastle. There is plenty car parking spaces, although I came by train.
A wider selection on the menu. I had the cheese and ham toasties. Although nice, the toastie was small for the price.
Instructions for operating the coffee maker would have been useful.
Friendly staff, great location, good value for money.
Everything exceeded our expectations. The only thing our group said would be a nice improvement was having a separate jacuzzi to the swimming pool as it was not warm but that's being picky!

Goede locatie voor doorreis en om dagje naar New Castle te gaan. Fijne spa, sauna en zwembad gedeelte. Heerlijk om na een lange dag hun wellness centre te gebruiken. Grote kamer. Fijn bed.

No fridge in our room- we expected one in a 4 star hotel! Also, the pool was disappointing because it wasn’t deep enough to swim in.
