Pros:

The service and attendees are good eventhough only 2 are there.

Cons:

No Lift,
No proper Parking for Car,
Bath Towel are not looking fresh,
Bath rooms are not fresh, They were clean but some smell.
No toilet paper.
Fan regulator was not working.
Extra cots kept in our Living hall

Pros:

It is on the bypass road, easy to reach. Ample parking space is available. No issues with hot water availability. Has good wifi connection. As this is new building, all things are in good condition.

Cons:

They don't have own restaurant / kitchen facility. But there are nearby good restaurants like Kailash Parbat, so one can manage this gap
