Be carefull of what you really will get.
Pros:

Did not manage to check in as it was somehow fully booked. I was reliefed and happy as i booked another hotel afterwards. In pictures hotel looked fresher than in real life. Not suggest. View also is average (from info you expected more) and walk to town is at least 25-30 min down hill. Quite misleading/cheating info in their description.

Cons:

Hotel had not nice atmosphere. Ridiculous that knowing that hotel is fully booked (whatever reason) they did nothing to not inform at once when issue was noticed. Only on getting there at reception they tried to make/excuses (that is booking.com fault). Getting there also is interesting as there are sign which says that you should go through Zona trafico limitato. I wrote trough booking.com - no answer. Made a call - not supportive and explained nothing valuable - was not able give simple answer yes / no - we can drive. After we translated that under sign are some text of exception for hotel benacus (not benacus panorama) - again misleading - what is that hotel 1 or 2?

Pros:

Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Unser Zimmer war sauber, modern und sehr gepflegt – ideal für einen entspannten Aufenthalt.

Der Poolbereich ist schön gestaltet und lädt zum Relaxen ein. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die vielen verfügbaren Parkplätze. Sowohl das Abendessen als auch das reichhaltige Frühstück waren qualitativ sehr gut.

Das Hotel liegt ein wenig außerhalb von Riva del Garda auf einer Anhöhe.

Jacuzzi outside isn't heated
Located uphill so I wouldn't say it is walking distance from the town
A bit expensive. The value is great but in terms of value for money if might be too expensive

Rundum schöner Urlaub 🫶🏼

Die Zimmer waren neu hergerichtet und auch der Pool mit Terrasse
Es war wunderschön dort
Das Frühstück war lecker , jeder findet sich etwas . Ein großes Plus für die Obstsaft Maschine 👌🏼👍🏼
Alle waren wirklich sehr freundlich und es war überall sauber
Rundum waren Olivenbäume 😍 zum Glück keine anderen Hotels daneben wie im Zentrum wo man runter sah .
Man konnte zu Fuß in ca 15 min runter ins Zentrum oder mit dem Auto zu einem Parkplatz auf 3 min
Alles war rundum perfekt und wir kommen wieder . Waren als Familie zwei Erwachsene + 2 Teenager

struttura per relax al lago di Garda

Hotel con posizione invidiabile a ridosso della cittadina (raggiungibile in 5/10 min in auto), panorama fantastico che si può godere sia dalla propria camera,sia dal ristorante interno.
Camere generalmente dotate di ampia metratura
La piscina a mio avviso è il vero plus, dimensioni adeguate e acqua tiepida, per un'esperienza al top
Colazione con buon mix di dolce e salato

Cons:

L'hotel ci è piaciuto molto, e a mio avviso può migliorare alcuni aspetti per una resa ancora superiore.
- ho prenotato con un mese di anticipo una camera Superior con vista lago, al mio arrivo c'è stata un pò di confusione e alla fine si è proceduta con l'assegnazione. La camera andava bene, ma ho notato che il bagno, per le sue dimensioni, non corrispondeva alle foto della Superior, piuttosto alla Classic (standard base). In ogni modo gli interni erano rinnovati e moderni, unica pecca i letti un pò "molli"
- il menù del ristorante andrebbe a mio avviso ampliato: la possibilità di mangiare con vista panoramica dovrebbe essere l'incentivo a legare maggiormente i clienti, e a farli restare in struttura. Segnalo inoltre l'apparente assenza di un maitre di sala...non so, non andavamo certo di fretta, ma abbiamo atteso un bel pò prima di essere serviti

Wunderschöner Urlaub in ruhigen Hotel mit besonderer Aussicht.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war wunderbar, es gab sogar einen Entsafter und eine Saftpresse.
Die Lage ist wunderschön am Hang, jeden Morgen startet man mit toller Aussicht in den Tag.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hätte größer sein können und es hätte mehr Ablagefächer/flächen geben können. Als Vierköpfige Familie konnten wir die Koffer nicht auspacken.
