Pros:

Fewer options for Indian vegetarian but The breakfast was authentic Srilankan that we tried. The staff was very courteous and the room size almost 500 sq. Ft. was and ambience in it was amazing. The bathroom size almost 150 sq. Ft. and accessories in it were also best that one can ask for.

Это лучший отель в Сигирии! Шикарный номер - очень большой! Нам с 2 детьми было просторно. Вокруг будто джунгли настоящие. Домик на дереве, гамаки, бассейн. Отличная кухня и гостиная. Две большие спальни с ванными, везде телевизоры.

На завтрак команда отеля готовила нам много вкусного и сервис был на высоте! На любую нашу просьбу мы быстро получали одобрение. Нам отнесли тяжёлый багаж, дали роутер в номер, чтобы лучше ловил интернет. А ещё совсем недорого нам организовали трансфер в Сигирию, Дамбулу и Канди.

Отдельное спасибо Isuru за то, что ждал нас и возил по всем местам куда нам надо. Так же Isuru помог организовать трансфер в следующий отель и даже дальше. Всегда были со мной на связи. Играли с моими детьми и сделали им украшения.

Когда мы уезжали в дорогу дали жаренных кешью. Такого сервиса и внимания я не получал ни в одном отеле мира.

Newly renovated room, very spacious and a very generous breakfast.

Cons:

For a 5* resort...the staff couldn't understand much English. The roof in the bathroom fell and water leaked from the air-conditioning which made the floor and carpet all wet in the living room.
They provided a washing machine but nowhere to dry the cloths.

Great stay with amazing service
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Cashew Palace Resort very much. Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The garden was beautifully designed and well kept. The breakfast was generous, varied and delicious. The staff were extremely kind and attentive and took excellent care of our family. They took us on a fantastic jeep safari to the nearby Eco-Park where we saw awesome wildlife, including many elephants. Curious monkeys came to watch us while we played in the pool. A giant squirrel enjoyed some nuts on a branch next to our porch. The resort is also great base to explore the area’s cultural and tourist offerings.

We liked the kind staff, the decoration, the big beds, the spacious bathroom, the garden view with the jungle sounds and the amazing swimming pool.

Kiertomatkalla Sri Lankan ympäri, tässä yövyimme pari yötä.
Pros:

Sijaintí Habarana-Danbulla tien tuntumassa oli monella tavalla hyvä, Sigiriya on lähellä mutta paikka on rauhallinen ja Danbullaan pääsi syömään tuktukilla helposti. Huone oli avara ja siisti.

Cons:

Uima-altaan vesi ei ollut aivan kristallinkirkasta joten jätimme sen käyttämättä.

Väldig vänlig personal som hjälpte till att lösa de frågor vi hade.

Cons:

Restaurangen är väldigt liten (3 bord). Som på många ställen är det inget fokus på att servera maten samtidigt ( vi var 5 personer).
