Excellent place to stay
Pros:

Location was excellent, hotel a bit quirky but in a lovely way, views are breathtaking we paid extra for a sea view and it was worth it. Breakfast was delicious and staff friendly.

Cons:

Attention to detail needed to bring cleaning to a higher standard but level of cleanliness was satisfactory.

Pros:

Beautiful location with amazing views and plenty of parking. The hotel has so much character and is really pretty and well decorated throughout, with lovely grounds and both indoor and outdoor seating. The whole property and grounds were litter free and clearly cared for. The food was great, we really enjoyed the live music, and the staff were super polite, friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The main thing that let the hotel down was the dust and attention to cleaning. Our bedroom was particularly dusty around the bed frame, lampshades and furniture, there was hair on the carpet, and the inside of the windows needed cleaning(hand and finger marks on the glass), and the toilet seat and kettle needed more attention. We noticed quite a lot of dust elsewhere too, including the staircase and ornaments on shelves in the bar. Our private balcony had an amazing view, but unfortunately the dirty artificial grass and dead plants in the pots made it feel unkempt and meant we didn’t enjoy the view as much as we could have. A more thorough cleaning routine and a little attention to the balcony would make a big difference.

A lovely traditional hotel in a very convenient location
Pros:

A lovely homely traditional hotel. Quirky layout downstairs with bar, restaurant and seating areas...excellent outdoor seats with beautiful views of the sea.
Perfectly located to visit the village and the beach-strand.
Room was spacious with a fantastic view ...dual aspect and good ensuite and tea-coffee facilities.
Breakfast was served until 1030 and very adequate choices...hot and cold options.
Bar was very busy on the evening we were there (a Wednesday) with live traditional music. Lovely way to end the night.

Cons:

Hotel was old fashioned ...which might not suit everyone...I.loved it!

Pros:

Music in the bar that night and good atmosphere

Cons:

Room was extremely small and cleanliness was not up to scratch. Particularly the bathroom which needed a good scrub. Dust and cobwebs in the room also

Pros:

Friendly staff, good atmosphere in the bar. Nice dinner and drinks

Cons:

The beds are very small.
Weren't allowed to sit outside to have breakfast. Breakfast was slow and didn't come with what it said on the menu

Le cadre magnifique, un hotel farfelu dans la décoration. Bon repas

Cons:

Chambre tres petite , le lit également (même pas un 140) pas de climatisation. Impossible d avoir de l air ( ouverture de la fenetre pas plus de 20 cm). Petit dejeuner trop tardif 8h15 . Pas d ascenseur.
