Excellent short stay in St Helier and we shall return.,
Pros:

Rooms clean and comfortable. Pool was excellent.

Cons:

Bathroom a little “tired”. Hotel position somewhat inconvenient for access to town centre or beaches or bus station but actually not too far to walk.

Great Hotel as a base for short stay/ business trip
Pros:

Lovely modern hotel, great welcome at reception with friendly staff, a tour and glass of prosecco! Large well equipped room. Bar and restaurant on ground floor was cool with good service and great food

Cons:

Breakfast was continental, quite a modest selection, anything hot was extra.
Pool/spa was quite pleasant, salt room, no sauna, steam room wasn't too hot (that might suit you tho). No relaxing area (i.e. loungers) good for a quick swim/refresh, not for wasting away the day.

Fantastic stay great food and service in all areas
Pros:

The property was great and the team in the hotel are really friendly in Bohemia and on reception it was lovely way to spend our 22nd Wedding anniversary. The afternoon tea was exceptional and we were lucky to get a table in their Michelin Star restaurant which was out of this world the food was exquisite and the service was amazing. Will definitely be back for a visit very soon.

Cons:

The only thing I would say we did not like was the bed it was like it had seen better days felt like it sloped on the sides but was till very comfortable.

Central location near town centre.
Pros:

Good location walking distance of high street. Indoor sea salt pool - steam room.Kettle,fridge and hairdryer in room. Down pillows & duvets. Bath/shower water pressure and temp good. Bathrobes/slippers provided. Spa treatments were expensive. We didnt eat breakfast so cant comment. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed the 70’s decor/upbeat music.

The location was ok and the room size was fine

Cons:

The cleanliness of our room, the standard of the bathroom, the cleanliness of the Spa, we waited 20 mins to be served in the bar one night - all of this wasn't to the standard we would have expected.

A total joy.
Pros:

Everything. Staff were amazing - the welcome was exceptional. Breakfast choice was perfect though the full english was a little short of full but there was also the contintental buffet so no chance of being hungry, and again, service was impeccable. Pool and spa spot on. Bar/restaurant area are very welcoming though didn't get a chance to try out the food.

Cons:

Nothing. Position was also perfect for walking around the town. Walkable from the ferry port and busses easily available for longer trips around the island.

The Bohemia restaurant was amazing but hotel and service was disappointing
Pros:

My friend and I spent NYE and a few days after at this hotel. The NYE dinner and entertainment was amazing, staff were super efficient and overall we had a great stay.

Sadly there are just some elements of the hotel experience which need to be reviewed. Housekeeping was very poor, had to on several occasions ask for towels, tissues, toilet roll, as these were missed during room cleanup on several days and the WiFi was dire. Reception not always staffed so had to wait 15 minutes to pay bill check out bill. Definitely not a 5*. But we would return to access the restaurant.

Good hotel with beautiful spa facilities , however communication needs improvement.

Had made a booking for dinner which didn’t take place and waited an hour and a half at the bar.Hospitality in certain areas was disappointing .

Un très bel hotel au coeur de Jersey
Pros:

L'hotel est très bien situé. Il propose des chambre spacieuse et un spa très agréable avec de hammam, piscine et jets sensoriels. Le restaurant Bohemia est également très bien!

Cons:

Les installations sont un peu ancienne, l'hotel mériterait d'être un peu remis au gout du jour. L'english breakfast est à supplément du petit déjeuner classique. L'hôtel ne peut pas prêter d'adaptateur pour les prises UK ils en proposent à la vente mais pour 27 euros...
