Given the price, we expected a more polished experience.
Pros:

Nice architecture, perfect spa position, nice terrace. The location is stunning with sweeping views over the Dolomites, and the overall design of the hotel is calm and minimalist. The rooftop pool and spa area are lovely.

Cons:

For €700/night, we expected much better attention to detail. Our room's toilet was dirty when we arrived, which was a poor first impression at this price point. The room also had no AC (which we knew in advance and accepted), but this meant we needed to keep the door open for airflow at times, and there was no protection against mosquitoes beyond a net on the window — no plug-in repellent or similar was provided. We ended up with mosquitoes in the room and lost an entire night's sleep before finally being given a solution the next day. Breakfast on the terrace was also frequently disrupted by wasps, with no visible measures in place (decoy stations, fans, or natural deterrents) to manage them. On top of that, our room door wasn't closing properly, which we reported to the front desk.

La possibilità di rimanere anche oltre l'orario del check out usufruendo dei servizi spa e incredibile ilristorante e la colazione. Genuinità e reale impegno unito a eccellenze servizio. Complimenti

Unica critica costruttiva (per megliore e superare l'eccellenza: il personale delle pulizie sono sempre in vista e sarebbe meglio che non si notassero.

Ein wahrhaft großer Genuß.
Pros:

Einfach alles!!! Super freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Tolle Location in wunderbarer Natur. Super feine Küche. Und der Infinity-Pool ... !!! War nicht das Letztemal dort.

Cons:

Auch wenn alles, was das Hotel bietet, seinen Preis wert ist, ein begrenztes Budget lässt nur zeitlich begrenzte Aufenthalte zu.

Das Haus besticht durch seine wunderschöne Architektur und äußerst geschmackvoll gestaltete Innenräume.

Cons:

Wellnesstage im Saltus
Pros:

Extrem bequemes Bett.
Das Essen war sehr lecker.
Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Parkgarage verfügbar.
Umgebung sehr schön zum wandern und spazieren besonders im Winter mit dem Schnee.

Cons:

Ich finde es schade, dass es keinen Whirlpool hat.
Der Pool draussen ist im Winter leider recht kalt mit 24 Grad, weshalb man nicht lange im Wasser bleiben konnte.
Die grosse Sauna war um 10 Uhr morgens noch nicht eingestellt und somit leider nicht benutzbar.
