Pros:

La stanza è curata in ogni dettaglio, pulita e spaziosa, i letti sono comodissimi. La piscina e il giardino sono un angolo di paradiso. A due passi dal centro storico. La colazione è ottima, molto abbondante con frittelle, marmellate, miele, cioccolato, uova, frutta, tutto fresco e fatto in casa. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili.

Fantastic stay in Gjirokastër
Pros:

We had a brilliant stay here. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They helped us find the free public parking, helped unload our luggage and carried it to our room, and gave us lots of useful information about Gjirokastër and the local area.

Our room was clean and comfortable, the pool area was beautiful, and the location was perfect for exploring the town on foot.

A genuinely warm and welcoming hotel and somewhere we’d happily recommend.

Pros:

This place is an absolute gem. It is unbelievable that people are not clambering to stay here. I know it is going to blow up and everyone will want this place. Go now while you can. It is literally a 4 minute walk to the castle through a back way that only locals know. The hotel is gorgeous and it is family/generations owned, the detail of the woodwork is astounding, the pool is amazing and so is the breakfast. Stay here. They will take care of you so unbelievably well. Like Albanians do.

Wish we had stayed a bit longer.
Pros:

Gjirokastër Hotel. Great welcome from Yulia and a very informative WhatsApp message from Qazo received before arrival.
Very clean and very comfortable room with TV, fridge, kettle, and hair dryer.
Lovely little pool area.
Within a few minutes walk from all the attractions - castle, tunnels, bazaar, shops, restaurants, etc.
Delicious and filling breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing.

Aanrader! Fijne locatie!
Pros:

De ligging is erg fijn. In het midden van het centrum alles op loopafstand. Het zwembad is perfect op temperatuur (je kan afkoelen, zonder dat het echt koud is). Ontbijt is voor de Albanese begrippen erg luxe! Wij kregen het niet op (ei, beleg, fruit, groente, zoetigheid, ‘oliebollen’, hartige taart, cake, koffie, sap en water). Erg vriendelijk personeel! Super schoon! Elke dag schoonmaak (in onze ogen niet echt nodig). Parkeren gratis, op straat, regelen ze vanuit het hotel. Super!

Cons:

Vorige gasten hadden de sleutel van de kamer mee naar huis genomen. Er was daarom maar 1 sleutel en die moesten we achterlaten voor de schoonmaak, beetje onhandig!
In onze kamer (kamer 2) kraakte het bed dat bij het balkon staat enorm. Best vervelend als iemand in de nacht omdraait.
Ze rekenen op locatie 100 lek voor 1 euro. Dit is niet de juiste wisselkoers en ongunstig als je in lek wil betalen. Wij zeiden er iets van en hij heeft ons zelf wat minder lagen betalen.
Let op! Het zwembad heeft openingstijden in het hoogseizoen.

Considering value for money, one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at anywhere.
Pros:

Beautiful room; nice pool; friendly and helpful owner; great location in the historic center but still accessible by car; plentiful and tasty breakfast. All at an extremely reasonable price.

Pros:

Geweldig ontvangst, we voelden ons direct welkom. In verband met de warmte, kregen we direct fris water en later ook meloen aangeboden. De eigenaar hielp mee met de koffers dragen. Kamer was prima in orde, net als het zwembad. Ook het ontbijt was erg uitgebreid.

Tolles Hotel mit herzlichen Menschen, die sich immer um uns bemüht haben.

Super Lage mit Pool. Rolladen zum Verdunkeln. Frühstück war sehr lecker.

The charge in Lek even though the price is in Euros during booking. Therefore you end up paying about 20% more in euros than the original price.
