Pros:

Fantastico appartamento in zona servita da tutto. Ideale per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse della città ed uscire la sera a cena a piedi, senza cambiare zona

Cons:

Tutto perfetto. Sarebbe solo stato comodo avere due lettini in più sulla terrazza.

No smart TV in penthouse suites, you do get DStv but without music channels to speak of.
Pros:

Some staff members like Chris on reception were nothing short of extremely helpful. Others, more by rote.

Cons:

Coming from the lobby in and up the lift, the porter and I exited and I was talking and looking over my shoulder at him and walked into the solid glass entry for at walking speed! Why so?

Because the whole thing is about form over function in the hotel. So unless you know the hotel and that it has to security pad and I steel handle? it appears like it's an automatic door, or one that you can't even see that there is a / the door being all glass. Several days later I still have the bruise on my forehead, where I whacked myself and bounced off the glass. Chipotle did not want me did not shout did not say or do anything that might have warned me, or checked my pace.

It's the same with the whole layout! It occurred to me trying to find my room again twice over, that if there was a fire? There are no clear, obvious signs of what way to head and which is the nearest exit from any one point. I'd already had an experience that left me with a bad headache from almost the moment I set foot in this place.

Lastly, it's advertised as a penthouse suite and yes it is expensive and laid out clean and well. But what penthouse suites don't even have smart TVs in this day and age! There's, they don't. The advice I was given to watch Netflix, Prime YouTube etc? Go and buy a car Chromecast device or similar. Yeah, thanks.

Medical Trips, made easy
Pros:

The location and proximity to the mall. All staff were very accommodating. Cleaning staff always allowed us to sleep in and be cleaned late which we really appreciated. Winnie was super helpful at reception.. as were all staff, but she deserved a special mention!

Cons:

The freezer in our room needs defrosting,.. at times it wasn't opening due to ice overload. Otherwise all was great! We will be back in a couple of weeks

A difficult visit, made easier by choosing the right accommodation.
Pros:

Winnie in reception, continuously went above and beyond for us during a difficult medical stay with our son. We were so happy with the cleaning staff and their patience when we were late to wake up too. We need to come back for surgery for our little one and will definitely book there again.

Cons:

Not a dislike, but would help if there was a clothes frame to hang clothes from washing machine as well as some salt and pepper.. a couple of little extra touches.

The mattress was really bad and after 5 days I am still on pain on my back. The TVs are old can’t even connect to the internet
