Great location and clean room, but the maintenance needs improvement.
Pros:

The location was very convenient, and the room was clean throughout our stay.

Cons:

The toilet water pipe was leaking badly whenever we used it, and water kept dripping. Also, the TV was not working, so we couldn’t watch it during our stay. These issues should be fixed to improve guests’ experience.

Pros:

location, clean room, comfortable, staff mostly friendly, good price, hot water

Cons:

bathroom a bit too small - couldn't use the toilet without completely closing the door which was a bit inconvenient. Also, shower difficult to adjust water temperature

コンセントが壊れているが修理しない宿。
Pros:

クアラルンプールは10年前に比べて、日本人、中国人、北朝鮮人、サウジアラビア人の旅行者が激減しており、どこもすいているので、マレーシアリンギット建ての物価は、ほとんど上昇していないが、国際的な旅行予約サイトだけは、値上げの嵐が吹き荒れている。

Cons:

客室のコンセントが壊れていて、今にもショートして火事にでもなりそうな状態だ。このことをレセプションに伝えたが、まともに対応しなかった。ともかく客室のコンセントにプラグをさすと、ウナリ音が出るのは怖い状態だ。
