Estadia relaxante, encontro com a natureza, paz e tranquilidade!
Pros:

A localização é maravilhosa, uma praia calma, de mar quentinho e limpo, bem em frente ao hotel, os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. A acomodação é rústica mas confortável, banheiro amplo, camas confortáveis e vista para o mar.

Cons:

Senti falta de mais iluminação na área comum, fiquei no bangalô 1, um pouquinho afastado do restaurante e para ir até lá à noite era desconfortável. O cardápio é um pouco restrito, se tivesse mais opções de petiscos incentivaria o hóspede a consumir mais durante o dia no próprio hotel.

Excelente hospedagem de praia!
Pros:

O charme dos chalés rústicos, a praia defronte o hotel, o bom restaurante, a simpatia do pessoal.

Cons:

O local merecia uma piscina mais bonita, com borda infinita, guarda sóis, etc.

Pros:

A localização considero o maior atrativo do local. O café da manhã excelente. O quarto bem espaçoso, com um banheiro excelente.

Cons:

Única observação é quanto à simpatia e cordialidade de alguns dos funcionários. Sei que estão apenas seguindo as regras dos proprietários, mas cabe a estes orientarem melhor o traquejo dos seus funcionários.

Ótima estadia mas deixa a desejar na questão do serviço oferecido aos hóspedes.
Pros:

A vila itaqui é um lugar lindo. A estrutura super bem cuidada, equipe educada e quarto confortável, numa arquitetura em harmonia com a praia paradisíaca a frente.

Cons:

Achei o servico extremamente gessado às regras do hotel, onde pequenos ajustes pra satisfazer o cliente são fora de cogitação. Um exemplo bobo: existia caipirosca de abacaxi, limão e outros. Solicitei uma de abacaxi COM limão, e o atendente, sempre educado, me explicou que a regra de casa não permitia. Dentre vários outros pedidos que foram prontamente negados. Fora isso, chegamos no café faltando 40 min pra encerrar, já estava faltando muitos itens, muito coisa a ser reposta. Foi preciso que solicitasse a reposição, (que demorou mas aconteceu). Apesar da educação dos funcionários e da equipe, o serviço oferecido deixou a desejar.

Relaxing stay
Pros:

The cabins are spectacular in every aspect. You can enjoy the beach just for you. Service was always pleasing with anything you need. They even got me some meds for me.

Great place, bad service
Cons:

Rules not applied to all! They rejected the visit of my cousins to have dinner, however there was people from outside in the restaurant! Including “the chef’s friends”. The property was not at all fully booked and that day, there was only me and my wife having dinner!
Breakfast was below expectations as well
