Food and breakfast needs a major work up
We had a fantastic family stay at Fern Tree. They arranged all our requests, being with small children is always really appreciated.
We were lucky to get, by surprise, a New Year Eve party and buffet dinner which was so well organised and had so much fun being with other local guests.
Hotel facilities were great, clean and well maintained. Plus swimming pool was fantastic.
Akhil and all staff members have been very helpful and attentive, and genuinely nice people.
And they even arranged a courier for some stuff we forgot, which was highly appreciated.
We hope to see you back sometime.
Absolutely recommend the hotel!
The Resort Manager Akhil as well as others were extremely polite and helpful.
The kitchen could understand that we prefer very low spice and prepared the same way everytime with good taste.
The entrance to the club house was broken and someone could hurt the sole of their feet.
Table tennis bat as well as ball were broken but it is a minor thing.
Change room could be provided next to the pool apart from washroom.

Exceptional experience at Fern Tree Resort in Wayanad! The accommodation was excellent with immaculately clean rooms and high-quality finishings. The delicious breakfast was a definite highlight. However, what truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional customer service, particularly from Akhil. From booking until our checkout, Akhil provided personalised and attentive service, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort.
Nice property with awesome views from balconies with a very nice staff.
Nothing as such, food especially dinner could have been better.
