Tired rooms but friendly and helpful staff nake it great
Pros:

The hotel is old and tired but comfortable, friendly staff. Special mention to Rea at the front desk who literally went out of her way to get a fridge and microwave, which was not in the executive room kitchen as described. Mamahato in the kitchen who assisted with heating our food. Both of you went above and beyond. .

Cons:

Almost all of the staff were great except some weren't as helpful. The kitchen in the executive room has a stove that doesn't work. Initially, the room didn't have a fridge nor microwave, but this was sorted. Room cupboards, carpets, and decor have seen better days but liveable. Nerded an extra bed but was not able to get one.
The impression I get is that this is a very busy establishment, as there are few options I R.O accommodation in the area. Therefore, there is little incentive to update, repair & maintain things like bubbling rusted door frames, worn-out carpets , etc.

Some rooms are very far from the parking and there’s no assistance for big luggages ! Also the service at the reception is so poor ,slow and not so welcoming

Great for families and groups.
Pros:

The staff is great, the beds give good rest, the rooms are well-sized, there is choice of shower or bath at check in, also did I mention that the staff is great? They really are.

Cons:

One of our rooms didn’t have hot water but we just popped into the others we had booked. The property is a bit dated and check in process was quite manual. But it’s also nice that it’s not ultra modern - suits the setting. We will be back. Again.

Pros:

Great location and kids friendly, great breakfast

Cons:

The west side rooms are far from parking, unreasonably so. We also found a cockroach, reported to front and were so casual about it.

Pros:

Good breakfast.

Cons:

I like everything about this hotel. The Manager was particularly nice to. He joined me during breakfast we had good chitchat. He is awesome.
