Please contact the hotel one day before arrival to obtain the necessary one-time use access code for the hotel and the car park. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that access by car is subject to additional charges per 24-hour period; rates are available on the Mont Saint Michel Tourist Office website.

Access to the parking lot costs 6 EUR from November to February, 10 EUR from March to June and September to October, and 12.50 EUR in July and August. Payment will be made via an electronic payment terminal at check-out.

El baño y la ducha eran buenos, y la cama era cómoda.

Cons:

La habitación podría haber estado más limpia. Había cabellos en la almohada, lo que demuestra claramente que no cambiaron las fundas después del último huésped. Las paredes eran muy finas y se escuchaba todo del cuarto de al lado. Un hotel un poco extraño. Tuvimos que hacer el check-in en otro hotel, pero esto solo fue informado horas antes del check-in; esta información podría haberse dado con antelación. Además, al llegar al hotel estaba todo oscuro, algo muy extraño. No había nadie en la recepción.

Hôtel agréable et bien situé.
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé au pied du Mont St Michel. Chambre petite mais agréable. Bonne literie, Petit déjeuner très bien. Personnel accueillant.

Cons:

Les clés sont à récupérer dans un autre hôtel à 200 m.

Мешкали там де була рецепція ( в іншому готелі ) дуже вражені
Pros:

Заїздами дуже пізно, тому нас направили на рецепцію в іншій готель, а там зареєстрували і запропонували готель на вибір 😁 і ми залишились в цьому готелі. Номера дуже великі з гарним видом на Монт-Мишель та пролив

Cons:

Sin recepción en el hotel. Tuvimos que realizar check in en otro hotel cercano. No nos dieron la clave de acceso a La Caserne. Habitación fría. Lo justo para pasar una noche.

Estaba en el centro del pueblo

Cons:

No tienen recepción en el hotel, tendría que caminar unos 400 mts a otro hotel para hacer la recepción y luego volver y esto lo estaba aclarado cuando se hace la reserva. Después del check out podes dejar el equipaje en el hotel donde tenes que hacer la recepción para poder recorrer ( que fue nuestro caso) y cuando volvimos no había nadie para devolvernos nuestro equipaje, tuvimos que esperar 40 minutos para que apareciera alguien y no fuimos los únicos que estaban esperando para retirar el equipaje , el personal que se encontraba en el restaurante ni siquiera sabía dónde se encontraba el recepcionista. Estuvimos cerca de perder el bus por esto.

Agradable Estancia....
Pros:

Una agradable estancia, la habitacion muy moderna, cómoda y limpia. Para la temporada de invierno la habitación estaba muy agradable con una calefacción que va de piso a techo, un excelente punto que el huésped se encuentra con agua, cafe, azucar, infusiones y una tetera para su disposición, algo que nos gusto mucho porque no tuvimos inconvenientes para la preparación de los tetes de mi bebé, esta muy bien ubicado
