Please contact the hotel one day before arrival to obtain the necessary one-time use access code for the hotel and the car park. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that access by car is subject to additional charges per 24-hour period; rates are available on the Mont Saint Michel Tourist Office website.

Access to the parking lot costs 6 EUR from November to February, 10 EUR from March to June and September to October, and 12.50 EUR in July and August. Payment will be made via an electronic payment terminal at check-out.

Pros:

Aamiainen oli ok .

Cons:

Emme saaneet hotellista autolle pääsykoodia alueelle. Laitoimme viestin ohjeen mukaisesti muttei siihen vastattu. Soitimme sekä majoitushotelliin että siihen jossa check in tehtiin. Kummassakin automaattivastaaja päällä ja 2 min 40 sek odottamisen jälkeen puhelu katkesi toistuvasti. Todella turhauttavaa.
Veimme lopulta automme yleiselle p-alueelle.
Kun sitten viimein pääsimme hotelliin huomasimme ettemme saa huoneen ovea lukkoon. Taaskaan kukaan ei vastannut puhelimeen. Kävelimme takaisin check in hotelliin asiaa selvittämään. Ainoa asia mikä sujui automaattisesti oli huonehinnan veloitus.
Jos on mahdollista valitkaa alueelta joku muu hotelli, huonommaksi ei voi mennä.

grand hôtel neuf et très propre, chambre spécieuse agréable et baignoire +++
petit déjeuner continental copieux et varié pour tous les gouts sucrés ou salés, personnel à l'accueil petit déjeuner agréable

Cons:

devoir aller chercher la clé d'ouverture à l'hôtel située à qq centaines de mètres plus bas et l'environnement "resort" autour du Mont Saint Michel qui enlève tout le charme du site historique, aucun charme

Malgré les nombreux mail d informations reçus avant notre arrivée, il ne nous a pas été précisé que L'ENREGISTREMENT se faisait à un endroit différent de notre hôtel

Le petit déjeuner avec son personnel et l'emplacement.

Cons:

Pas de serviettes à notre arrivée, le lendemain apres le nettoyage de nouveau pas de serviettes.

Changement de serrure lorsque nous étions dans la chambre. Ce qui nous a fait sortir en pleine grâce matinée . A notre retour notre chambre était ouverte sans personnel au alentour.
Suite au changement de serrure, notre clee a ete démagnétiser et nous avons reçu 0 communication sur le changement.

Utmärkt ställe, och bra utgångspunkt. Kontakta hotellet för att få kod så man tar bilen med in. Istället för att parkera utanför och betala massor.

Den Zugangscode muss im Hotel am 10 Minuten zu Fuss in einem Hotel abgeholt werden. Wir kamen mit dem Bus ud mussten die Koffer bin und her schleppen. Unfreundlicher Rezeptionmitarbeiter.Neben dem Hotel war eine Industrieanlage die etwas lärmig war. Preis/Leistung: viel zu teuer

Code d'accès au parking
Pros:

La situation du lieu. Proche du Mont Saint-Michel et des navettes. Accès aux parkings et "au village" la Caserne très conviviale et on y trouve de tout ( boutiques, restaurants, hôtels, bars ... )

Cons:

Le changement de code d'accès à la barrière d'entrée du parking tous les jours de mon séjour...

Śniadanie bardzo obfite i zadowalające. Lokalizacja doskonała.

Przykre rozczarowanie. Na stronie booking.com obiekt sprawia wrażenie tzw. historycznego, z częścią współczesną. Niestety - to chwyt reklamowy. W rzeczywistości to współczesny obiekt, o dość prostej architekturze. Zdecydowanie nie do zaakceptowania był brak choćby małej lodówki w pokoju. WC od dawna powinno być wykończone. No i oderwany od ściany grzejnik c.o. Hałas z sąsiedniej łazienki (WC) nie był przyjemny. Okna też powinny mieć funkcję uchylną. Aha - przydałoby się, aby kod do wjazdu obowiązywał przez cały okres pobytu - wyjechaliśmy na krótką wycieczkę po okolicy i nie mogliśmy ponownie wjechać bez pomocy obsługi parkingu.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Great location close to the mont and comfortable room, bed was comfy and staff were friendly.
Our room was ready early so we got to check in as soon as we arrived rather than having to store our bags for the afternoon.
There was a kettle in the room to make hot drinks which we appreciated.

Cons:

The hotel itself no longer has any reception on site, we had to drag our bags from the bus stop down to a nearby hotel then the 500m back to the hotel which wasn't a problem as it was a sunny day but could be an issue if you don't have a car and it's raining.
Our bathroom was an accessible one with no separation of the shower to the rest of the bathroom, everything got wet after a shower (toilet, floor, even the carpet outside the bathroom despite us laying down extra towels beside the door to try and stop this), but I don't think all bathrooms are like this one. It didn't impact our stay much though, we still enjoyed our stay overall.
