Pros:

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ein kleines Paradies auf Sainte-Marie! 🌴❤️

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel von Anfang an wie bei einer Familie zu Hause gefühlt. Alle waren unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und hatten immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen.

Unser Baumhaus war einfach grandios! Es war ein bisschen schief, aber genau das hat seinen besonderen Charme ausgemacht. Der Blick aufs Meer war traumhaft und einfach unbeschreiblich schön.

Das Essen war hervorragend, und auf unsere Wünsche wurde jederzeit liebevoll eingegangen – auch auf meine kleinen „Extrawürste“. 😊

Die Anlage und der Strand waren sehr gepflegt, und auch Sainte-Marie selbst hat uns mit seiner Sauberkeit, den freundlichen Menschen und seiner paradiesischen Schönheit begeistert.

Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit und eure Herzlichkeit! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Sainte-Marie hat uns definitiv nicht zum letzten Mal gesehen! 🥰

A relaxing and memorable stay in the beautiful surroundings of Sainte Marie.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the beautiful location of Sainte Marie, with its peaceful atmosphere and stunning surroundings. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good variety of options. A special mention to Sam, who provided excellent customer service throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. His professionalism and friendly manner really enhanced our experience.

Cons:

These were only minor issues, but we did not have Wi-Fi access from our bungalow, which made it difficult to stay connected. In addition, hot water was not always available. However, these small points did not detract from what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Perfekt läge, vackert Bali-design i bungalow o ute i trädgården.

Cons:

Betalade överpris för den låga standard som erbjuds. Mitt visakort tvångdebiterades i förväg utan förklaring. Önskade betala vistelsen med kontanter. Managern vägrade diskutera dilemmat. Falsk marknadsföring av hotellets pool och andra utomhusbilder - använder sig av stor vidvinkeln. Hotellet har bara 8 bungalows som ligger bakom huvudhuset i en liten trädgård.

Obiekt położony blisko lotniska, przy samej plaży. Obsługa uśmiechnięta, miła i pomocna. Bogate śniadania i smaczna kuchnia.

Cons:

Ogólnie obiekt nas rozczarował. Zdjęcia na booking wprowadziły nas w błąd - w istocie obiekt jest bardzo ciasny, basen mały, a bungalow rodzinny był ciemny, miał strome schody, nie miał drzwi (zasuwana brama), ani okien (okiennice). Sąsiedztwo było brudne, włącznie z zaśmieconą plażą. Z przyległych domostw już przed godz 5 rano dochodziły hałasy i pianie koguta. WiFi działa tylko w recepcji. Hotel sprzedaje pobyty na basenie, przez co całymi dniami przed bungalowami przewijają się osoby z zewnątrz. Zasadniczo podzielam opinię, że cena noclegu tutaj powinna być niższa.

Super friendly people!! Personnel is very helpful and open. Lodge is very cozy and homelike.
Helped us with whale watching and all other activites.

Very good food - restaurant is much better than expensive 5 star Princess Bora next door.

L'île SAINTE MARIE est magnifique

etablissement bien situé en bordure de plage

Cons:

une odeur persistante de poussière. On peut comprendre qua le ralentissement de la fréquentation touristique de l'ile amène une une difficulté d'assurer l'entretien mais le coût du travail étant ce qu'il est à Mada, il serait profitable de profiter de ces périodes calmes pour améliorer et entretenir l'établissement.

I love you services. The person working in this place are amazing but the facility in general I can find better.

If you like this housing type( ecolodge) you can enjoy.

Cons:

I understand the principles, its like pirates memories and displays but if you have an asthma, I don’t advice, all the wood smell so wet.
I ithen get cold and as it was raining all day and all night it just make the things worse.

Pros:

Petit dejeuner modeste, le cafard dans la douche, le tapage des enfants ans la piscine, le tarif disproportionné par rapport aux prestations et à la concurrence, plage ridicule, piscine minuscule...bref toutes les photos sont arrangées pour tromper le client.
Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit au lieu des 2 prévues.

Cons:

Aucune intimité sauf à fermer les volets et se retrouver dans le noir, la chambre est ouverte, sans fenêtre donne sur la cour et une toute petite piscine (la photo est treessss trompeuse !) Même les volets en bois ne fermaient pas, on a du rester dans le noir durant la journée.
Petit cadeau le gros cafard qui nous observait durant la douche.
Petit dejeuner préparé par des radins (une petite barquette de confiture à partager pour 4 personnes)

Mon séjour à l île Sainte-Marie fut un moment super

L' établissent est en travaux de rénovation que je comprend parfaitement mais ouvrir dans ces conditions ce n 'est pas approprié, quand t' on fait des kilomètres c'est pour se sentir bien et confortable

Cons:

Retard du transfert de 30mn alors qu’on peut faire à 5mn à pied mais on a pris le transfert de l’aéroport à cause d’un handicap. Qui nous a quand même été facturé !! Pour les réservations booking, on pense avoir payé par cb lors de la réservation mais il faut revalider le paiement.

On a passé un très bon séjour, on s'est vraiment bien sentis à cet hôtel. Il y avait vraiment peu de clients que le personnel était vraiment au petit soin pour nous.
