Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gelungener Urlaub!

Das Frühstück war wirklich hervorragend.
Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat einem alle Wünsche erfüllt.
Die gurrenden Tauben auf dem Dach ;-)
Bettwäsche wird nach ein paar Tagen komplett gewechselt.
Ja, den Verkehr und das naheliegende Pub hört man, hat uns und die Kinder aber nicht gestört.
Jeden Abend frisches Wasser!
Der Sandstrand bei La Conchiglia war sehr angenehm und auch der Freizeitpark Cavallino Matto ist zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Es handelt sich nicht um einen Privatbalkon. Er wird von anderen Zimmern benutzt (Abtrennung via Seil). Der Lift kann ohne "Liftschlüssel" nur nach unten bedient werden.
Manchmal klingeln andere Gäste in der Wohnung, was im Schlaf nicht optimal ist.
Das Badezimmer kann für "grössere"/"kräftige" Personen zu schmal/klein sein.

Ausgezeichnet für einen Urlaub am Meer und interessantem Hinterland
Pros:

Das Penthousezimmer ist sensationell riesig, eigentlich eine Wohnung mit ca. 80m und einer umlaufenden Terrasse mit tollem Blick in alle vier Richtungen. Das kleine, feine Hotel verdient sich eigentlich den Zusatz "Boutique" ohne, dass es gleich den Schnick-Schnack oder den Preis eines solchen bringt. Durch kleine Zusatzleistungen (täglich am Abend zwei Flaschen frisches Mineralwasser ans Zimmer geliefert) hebt sich die Unterkunft von der Masse ab. Unglaublich ist aber das Frühstück - eine Auswahl an fertigen Broten, Focaccia, Käse, Kroketten, aber auch einer Vielzahl an typischen italienischen Süßspeisen übertreffen alles, was man in Italien normalerweise bekommt.
In Summe fühlt man sich ausgezeichnet wohl in dieser Unterkunft - gerne wieder für kurz oder lang!

Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich; am ersten Tag mehr, als am zweiten Tag, aber das macht nix. Das Frühstück ist von der Auswahl fantastisch, allerdings trifft es möglicherweise nicht ganz den Geschmack eines typischen Touristen, der viel lieber auch herzhafte Sachen und dunkles Brot isst. Aber es is dennoch für paar Tage okay.

Cons:

Der Steinboden im Zimmer könnte ausgetauscht werden durch wärmer wirkendes moderneres Laminat.

die Klobrille war leider komplett lose und man hatte als mittelgroßer Mensch kaum Platz auf der Toilette da diese zu nah am Waschbecken gebaut ist.

Frühstück könnte mehr gesündere Alternativen wie frisches Gemüse , dunkles Brot und echtes Rührei haben. Es waren viel zu viele Süßspeisen und Weißbrotalternativen.
