The receptionist was extremely Arrogant, fraud, cheater. I arrived at 3 and he said room is not ready and willing take time. I went for lunch and came back after an hr still the room was not ready. Then I realised my room was given to someone else. When I asked him he said because I came little late so he gave the room to some other guest. The place was quite far and in the outskirts so I had to ride again very far to other hotel.. And wifi was also not working there! Worst experience of life
