La cordialità e la professionalità
The service of this family hotel was extraordinary. The owners are most kind and gentle. The personnel, the waiters, Roberto & Giuseppe have served us so well and have been very kind. The food of all meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner was wonderful! Our stay was absolutely pleasant! This was our second time at the hotel; we would definitely come back here for our next trip to San Giovanni Rotondo.

hotel was average. i did not know that there are more hotels much nearer to the sanctuary so i booked this. nothing special. had i known that there are more options, i would not have booked this.
staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming. we were tourists, naturally we would not know how to speak italian. the staff shouted at us for not understanding what we were saying. we tried to talk through google translate
