Tolles zentrales Hotel mit freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Der Empfang war mega freundlich. Ich konnte schon vorzeitig ins Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist modern und sehr geräumig. Das Bett ist groß und sehr bequem. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist super toll, der Kaffee z.b Cappuccino, Latte Macciato sehr lecker. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber, hatte eine gute Große. Es gab Wasser, Apfelsaft und ein paar Nüsse zum knabbern. Genug Kleiderbügel und Ablagefläche für Taschen und Koffer. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Frühstück vielfältig, Jogurt, Müsli, Eier, Brötchen alles was das Herz begehrt,

Cons:

Mir persönlich war die Matratze etwas zu hart, doch das ist Gewohnheit bzw Geschmackssache.

Pros:

Ich hatte einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in Stadthotel Miya! Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich von Anfang an willkommen.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet, man bekommt hier wirklich viel Qualität für sein Geld.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war erstklassig. Große Auswahl, alles frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker.
Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen völlig problemlos und angenehm, alles ging schnell und unkompliziert.
Insgesamt ein rundum sehr positives Erlebnis. Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Nicht nochmal.
Cons:

Die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert, keine Info wie man jemand erreicht wenn die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt ist. Eine zweite Decke wäre dringend notwendig gewesen!
Das Zimmer roch massiv nach dem Essen des griechischen Restaurants. Es war stetig eine Tür zum Restaurant geöffnet und der starke Geruch zog direkt in mein Zimmer und den Flur in welchem es lag.
Nach Info an die Rezeption gab es keinerlei Kostenerlass.
Tut mir leid aber trotz guter Lage nie wieder. Denn ich möchte nicht noch einmal alle Kleidungsstücke die ich dabei habe anziehen müssen um nicht zu frieren.
