Pros:

Nos alojamos aquí dos veces durante nuestro viaje. El hotel cuenta con habitaciones amplias y camas cómodas. Personal atento y amable. Muy bien ubicado para ir andando a todas partes. Cuenta con parking gratuito.

Cons:

Tienen que mejorar algunos detalles para la categoría que tienen: hay elementos rotos en los baños, toallas deshilachadas... El desayuno es bastante bueno pero deberían mejorar la calidad de los zumos y ofrecer fruta de temporada (no solo macedonia). Tienen que mejorar la gestión del parking, siempre lleno; hay que recurrir constantemente al personal del hotel para ver donde aparcar.

Pros:

Hotel muy bien ubicado, en pleno casco antiguo para ir andando a todas partes. Habitaciones amplias con camas cómodas. Desayuno correcto, con pequeños cambios diarios. Personal atento y amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Cuentan con parking gratuito.

Cons:

No es un hotel boutique de 4 estrellas para nuestro estándar. Tienen que mejorar ciertos detalles, especialmente de mantenimiento, sobre todo en el baño, la calidad de las toallas.... La ducha es muy incómoda, sin mampara, por lo que se encharca todo el suelo y dificulta usar el baño después. Los zumos del desayuno deberían ser de mejor calidad. El parking se llena rápido y hay que estar avisando constantemente cuando llegas para que te indiquen donde aparcar, aunque se haya avisado de que se necesitará una plaza.

יכל להיות מושלם אם לא הייתה מעלית שחורקת יומיים ופוגעת באיכות בחופשה שלנו

מקום נקי מאוד ומסודר

Cons:

שהינו במלון 4 ימים, ובמשך יומיים המעלית חרקה ללא הפסקה וגרמה לרעש בלתי נסבל בתוך החדר. הדבר פגע קשות בשינה ובאיכות החופשה שלנו.

Pros:

Très bel établissement, particulièrement bien placé. L'accueil était chaleureux et à nos petits soins. Les bagages nous ont été montés dans nos chambres, grandes et lumineuses. La literie étzit exceptionnelle. Et que dire du fabuleux petit déjeuner... Le seul hic serait la douche qui n'est pas fermée.

Great location but noisy and not very helpful staff
Pros:

The location was excellent. The main lobby/shared space was very nice.

Cons:

The staff were not very nice or helpful. Our room had a strange odour and was very noisy. The breakfast selection was limited.

Honestly 10 out of 10. Beautiful hotel, perfect location just 1 min from the start of the old town and 10 mins from centre of old town. Great breakfast too! Lovely staff
