The spacious, comfortable bedroom, the excellent location on the edge of the old town, the varied breakfast, and the friendly and helpful staff on the front desk.
As with so many hotels it would be nice to have a proper seating area so you're not obliged to sit on the bed.

Was a bit noisy from the road nearby but not to much
Výborná poloha hotela. Hotel je krásny zvonku aj zvnútra. Pohodlné postele. Čisté prostredie. Výborné raňajky. Skvelé jedlo aj celkovo napríklad na večeru. Celkovo hodnotím pobyt pozitívne a vráili by sme sa znova.
Mali sme problém so sejfom (uzamykateľná skrinka na heslo na odloženie si osobnýcj vecí) a tento problém nedokázal vyriešiť ani personál, preto sme si cennosti nemali kam uložiť, boli sme nútení ich nosiť so sebou po meste. Mali sme izbu 101 a vchodové dvere slabo tesnili zvuky aj pachy. Pri prebúdzaní sme cítili prípravu jedla - niekomu to nemusí prekážať, ale nám to vadilo. Tiež treba povedať, že okná vonku netesnia vôbec, všetko z ulice bolo počuť dnu.

Terrible hotel in all aspects, dirty, rude staff and considering our late arrival at 5:00am they had no sympathy for a late checkout. Overcharged us on extras. Stay away.
Breakfast is rich and tasty with variety to meet every taste. Location is a bit crowded at a certain time. Staff is very eager to please you !
I love it as it is - would not change , just make sure you keep the high level !!
