Camera impersonale, arredamento un po' datato. Cuscini scomodi, ma è soggettivo, io dormo con memory foam, quindi è difficile soddisfarmi.
Great location, the executive suite was huge, with a huge balcony with chairs, clean, well maintained, perfect for family with a teenager . Very helpful staff, especially a blond hair lady (so sorry I cannot remember her name) and a guy named Achi
Really nothing to say, they fixed everything we asked (like preparing breakfast brown bags for an early flight).

Location was the only positive.
Unfortunately the worst stay we had on our 2 week Georgian holiday. It’s not the cheapest hotel in the area, but our room was terrible. Dark, the window was facing another wall, full of moisture, there were no surfaces to comfortably unpack, the shower was flooding and the reception was aware but not doing anything about it, shower head holder was broken and that was too shrugged off too at the reception. When we were showering we had to put the head on the floor and then pick it up to rinse. Insane that you have to do that for that price. Bathroom fan was not working, so the moisture situation in the room was only getting worse. The hairdryer was probably about 40 years old, it kept pulling my hair and ripping it no matter what I did. When I asked for a different one receptionist told me that they don’t have any other hairdryers. Insane as any hotel has spares in case of broken ones. So I was going out with wet hair.
