An exceptional stay with great comfort, outstanding service, and a perfect location.

The property was excellent in every way. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, close to everything, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Everything was well organized and exceeded our expectations.

Pros:

Понравилось всё! Начиная от расположения в центре с быстрым доступом к 95% известнейших достопримечательностей Тбилиси, заканчивая чистотой и конечно же чудеснейшими хозяевами! Завтраки - настоящие грузинские, очень вкусные, сделанные с душой. Очень приятно было, что хозяева всегда шли на встречу, подсказывали, помогали по всем вопросам. Угостили домашним вином при заезде и напоили горячим кофе на дорогу в аэропорт. В общем место, где вы по-настоящему почувствуете грузинский вайб и насладитесь отдыхом в этой красивейшей стране.

床品新换的比较干净

Cons:

1.负责接待和打扫卫生的大姐好像我们欠她钱，态度很差。而且不会说英语。
2.床垫没有支撑力，睡的有点累；
3.四人间比较小，无法满足我们把所有的箱子同时打开，有点不方便；
4.地理位置很好，走路可到大巴站。

Хозяева Тамара и Георгий очень радушные люди, Георгий встретил в аэропорту, привёз на место. Расположение, безусловно, отличное. Старый город, постройки 19 века, что-то отреставрировано, что-то в процессе, с балкона вид очень красивый.

Красивый, ухоженный, чистый отель. Номера чистые, удобные, комфортные. В номерах есть все: от одноразовых тапочек до шампуня. Удобный шкаф. Холлы красивые.
А завтрак великолепный. Наелись на целый день❤️
Удобное расположение отеля. Рядом все интересные локации. При этом тишина ночью.
Хозяева сделали винный комплимент при заселении, что очень приятно ❤️❤️❤️

Уютный отель в тихом уголке самого центра Тбилиси. До метро 5 мин пешком. До главных достопримечательностей - 12 мин пешком. Очень приятные и гостеприимные хозяева. Вкусные и плотные завтраки. Отношение как к родным)

Wonderful location and rooms but most importantly, amazing hosts! I really recommend this place in Tbilisi, Tamara and Sergei are kind people with a warm heart that will share their time with you. I don't speak a word of Russian, but we shared a drink and a good time.

Absolutely Amazing Stay – Warm Hospitality and Unforgettable Experience

I would love to share my wonderful experience staying at this hotel.

From the very beginning, everything exceeded our expectations. Before we even arrived, the owner contacted us and kindly offered a transfer from the airport. That thoughtful gesture made our arrival so much easier — we didn’t have to stress about finding a random taxi after a long journey.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owners, who also surprised us with a bottle of wine. It was such a kind and personal touch that instantly made us feel at home.

The hotel itself is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, which was perfect for relaxing. Despite the calm surroundings, it’s only a 5–7 minute walk to the Old City — a perfect balance between tranquility and convenience.

The room was extremely comfortable, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Housekeeping was excellent, and the entire place was spotless throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious every morning, with fresh and tasty options that we really enjoyed.

What truly made this stay unforgettable were the owners. They are incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely hospitable people. They constantly checked in to make sure we were comfortable and gave us great recommendations on what to see and do in the area.

One of the most memorable parts of our trip was a special excursion arranged by the owner. He even invited us to his home and showed us how they make their own wine — a unique and beautiful experience that we will always remember.

To sum it all up, our stay was absolutely fantastic and truly unforgettable for me and my parents. Everything — from the warm welcome to the peaceful location, the delicious food, and the personal attention — was beyond expectations.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you so much for everything — we hope to visit again soon!

Lovely stay with a kind couple!
Pros:

Tamar & Georgi are kind, wonderful, and accommodating. We felt like we were getting a more “real” and warm Georgian experience than if we stayed in a big hotel. The small building with rooms that they have built with the hotel is high quality and they have amenities for you like a fridge and kitchen downstairs that are very useful. Tamar also makes her own homemade wine and has a little turtle garden that is really beautiful. The key they give you can give you exit/entry access 24/7. I would stay here again!

Cons:

Please note that this runs more similar to an AirBnb property than a hotel building with a 24 hour reception, etc. The couple have built a separate building on their property with very comfortable hotel rooms. It may be a bit tricky to find if you come in the evening since there is no large “hotel label”. If you use Bolt to come here, use the address to find the property location.
