Günstig und gut - würde ich immer wieder buchen :-)
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist wirklich sehr schnell in der Altstadt, es liegt ein wenig versteckt auf einer Anhähe in der Nähe des Staatspalasts. Der Kontakt war wirklich sehr unkompliziert und die Aussicht traumhaft. Im Keller ist eine Küche und eine Waschmaschine, die man mitbenutzen kann - das ist schon sehr praktisch.

Cons:

Das Gebäude ist recht alt und daher natürlich ein wenig hellhörig.

Pros:

A very convenient place for a short trip to Tbilisi. We were happy with our choice: check-in was smooth, and the staff were always available and quick to help whenever we had questions. We would especially like to thank them for arranging the transfer — it was organized promptly and very conveniently, without lengthy messages or unnecessary hassle. The staff also helped us with additional services and various arrangements, which made our stay much more relaxing. The room was quiet and comfortable, so we could rest well after exploring the city. We also liked the location, as we didn’t have to spend much time getting around. Overall, we had a very positive experience. If we return to Tbilisi, we will definitely stay at Marioni again.

Уютная гостиница с отличным расположением
Pros:

Остались очень довольны проживанием! Гостиница уютная, тихая и очень чистая. Нас встретили тепло и доброжелательно, поэтому мы сразу почувствовали себя комфортно. Расположение отличное: всё необходимое находится рядом, в пешей доступности. Отдельное спасибо администраторам за внимательное отношение и гостеприимство. Впечатления остались самые приятные. С удовольствием вернёмся снова!

Чувствуешь себя как дома! ❤️

Остались очень довольны проживанием! Нас встретили очень тепло, словно дома. В гостинице идеальная чистота, удобное расположение — всё рядом, и есть парковка для машины. На первом этаже отличная кухня со всем необходимым, где мы выпили кофе перед дорогой. Отдельное спасибо администраторам за доброту и за бесплатное хранение багажа после выезда. Останавливались всего на одну ночь, но впечатления остались самые приятные. Обязательно вернёмся!

If you want to room with broken hooks, damaged light bulbs, moister and darkness, than go ahead

Nothing, except the location

Cons:

The management's irresponsible approach towards their property, no rules and regulations for noise control, guests from rooms were supper loud at night hour, while reception wasn't available to control that noise and ask to lower it.
I explicitly asked for bank card payment, since we were supposed to reach late at night and dint have cash, to which got a reply that there won't be any issue. When being there, they only pretended to be compliant with the booking.com rules and regulations, in fact we were never able to pay by card, after trying several times (that night and in the morning) from different cards, somehow the card reader didn't work and we had to loose several hours on exchanging money and paying for our stay.

Pros:

we have been given the wrong room without balcony in the beginning, the mistake was corrected the night after. the bathrooms look clean, however in some of the rooms they smell bad.
for a city trip, the location however is perfect for walking into the city

Pros:

The owner and staff were nice, room was clean and had overall good amenities (blow dryer, lots of towels, slippers etc.). Nice view from the roof terrace.

Cons:

The hotel was under construction and the workers were very noisy, there is zero soundproofing in the walls, you can hear everything. The hotel didn't feel cozy, and the beds were uncomfortable, and I only had a sheet - no duvet. The view to the city is blocked by a construction site.

私はかなり気遣う達ですが、全体的にとても快適に過ごせました！
Pros:

人通りが少ない、タバコ臭くない(構造的に)、周辺の相場より低めを条件に色々なホテルの口コミを見ながらここに決めました。現金払いのみです。夜はとても静かかつ、ベッドが清潔で２日間快適に眠れました。日中に昼寝をした時もほぼ無音で感心しました。冷暖房もあるのでどんな季節でも快適に過ごせると思います。備え付けの棚や浴室もきちんと清掃されていて、改善点(後記)はありますが価格を考えると申し分ありませんでした。バルコニーが付いているお部屋で、外へ出ると市内が一望できて気持ち良かったです。また冷蔵庫があるのがありがたかったです。コンビニまで徒歩10分ほどかかるので、観光帰りに買って帰った飲み物を冷やすのに重宝しました。
スタッフの方たちも友好的で質問や要望がしやすかったです。日本人も宿泊しやすいホテルかと思います。

Cons:

タバコの臭いが朝に漂って来ました。外からではなく施設内の通路からでした。誰かが中で吸ったか、中庭の煙でしょうか。朝は階段上にある屋上バルコニーへの扉を開けてほしいです。
浴室のシャワーが目詰まりしているのか、利用後に便器や洗面台へ水が飛び散っていました(トイレットペーパーが水浸しに笑)。改善が必要と思われます。

Die Lage war gut und die Dame am Empfang sehr hilfreich.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war leider enttäuschend. Bei unserer Ankunft lagen im Zimmer und im Bett überall Haare, und das WC war undicht, sodass der Boden durchgehend nass war. Auch die restlichen sanitären Anlagen befanden sich nicht in einem guten Zustand. Ein Mitarbeiter versicherte uns zwar, dass wir die Waschmaschine und den Trockner nutzen könnten; als wir jedoch mit unserer nassen Wäsche den Trockner starten wollten, war dieser defekt. Es ist kein durchweg schlechtes Hotel, aber für den gebotenen Standard definitiv zu teuer.

Pros:

Sehr sauber und modern, man hat alles was man braucht. Das Personal war sehr nett. Innen wird gerade viel gearbeitet und renoviert was aber nicht groß stört da die Arbeiten abends aufhören. Man kommt von dort gut in die Stadt aber es ist trotzdem eine ruhige Gegend.
