Clean, secure parking, quiet...
For me, not easy to find with moto navigation...
The hotel is very good, the staff has no words at all, super!
Overall, the staff was very friendly and the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere. The room and hotel was very clean and there was a beautiful view from the restaurant terrace.
We rated the facilities low, as we had booked a double room where the room description included a terrace with city view and fireplace, and somehow this was unavailable when we arrived. Instead we got a small, but pleasant room with a view over trashbins for the full price of the double room, in exchange for some free coffee. Their menu at the restaurant was very impressive, but we were under the impression that they didn't have most of the things, so don't expect to have your meal there. Locationwise, it's easy to get to and from there with a taxi and there are also several bus services, but there are not really anything to see, no cafes or restaurants in the area and it takes quite a while to travel to these parts of town.
The view from the hotel is incredible, spacious and clean room. Well maintained dining area. 30 minutes from Airport. The owners are very friendly and made sure all our requirements are arranged. We felt like we were in our own house.
I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel — it was very clean, neat, and comfortable. I was really happy to spend time here. Special thanks to Levan for his attentive service and support.
The scenic view at night is beautiful, city lights are visually perfect.

it was very clean, hosts were very nice and friendly. there is a terrace in the upper floor with nice view, also host provide food service like family restaurant. but we haven't tried so no comments about that.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Gamarjoba Hotel in Georgia. From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel incredibly welcome. His hospitality was unmatched—he personally greeted us, allowed us to choose our preferred room and orientation, and ensured we were comfortable. The hotel actually has two buildings with rooms, offering plenty of options.
The pricing is unbelievably affordable considering the quality of the stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and provide excellent value for money. The owner is always available and responds swiftly to any requests, whether it’s extending your stay or needing assistance with anything else.
Another standout aspect of our stay was the owner’s homemade wine and chacha (traditional Georgian liquor). On our first day, he offered us a tasting, which was a wonderful gesture. If you enjoy them, you can even purchase some at a very reasonable price.
The hotel also helped us with organizing tours. While they don’t offer group tours themselves, the owner was very helpful in connecting us with the right options.
As someone who has traveled extensively over the past 10 years and stayed in countless hotels, I can confidently say that Gamarjoba Hotel is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. It’s definitely the best place we stayed in Tbilisi, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
family hotel very welcoming and unique about Georgian culture
When we arrived we were told that the hotel is under renovation and we cannot stay there. The owner told us he would take us to another nearby hotel of his (Red Hotel) a block away, which we had no choice but to accept because at that point we had nowhere else to stay. He then charged us the same price for a room that is worth less online. The hotel was very noisy (thin walls, doors, and floors), the TV didn't work properly, they didn't give us hardly any soap, shampoo or towels for our 3 night stay, the entire area is full of stray dogs that bark and fight all night, and the hotels are extremely far away and up a big hill from Didube metro station.
Do not make any reservations at the Gamajoba Hotel because you will not be allowed to stay there. THE GAMARJOBA HOTEL IS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. You will pay extra for a different and worse hotel.
Also, please note: nobody there speaks English.
