Stay away
Pros:

It was very central.

Cons:

It was in a very creepy and dangerous alley, with buildings almost ready to collapse, supported by big wooden boards. I thought I was playing in a horror movie for a while.. apart from it being very central, it was a horrible place. But unfortunately, that wasn't even the worst part of the stay. At night, they cut off the water supply, leaving me with a completely disfunctioning room.. I talked with the reception and they told me they don't know anything about it, but later I found out that it was a general problem of the area where I stayed for months on and other buildings face the same problem. If that's the case, I find it completely unacceptable not letting the customer know in advance and completely unethical. Water and electricity are the bare minimum that a room should offer. I am completely disappointed and on top of that, they didn't even compensate or offer a discount for the inconvenience. I should have gotten the hint. The place was a ghost hotel, I was the only customer. 100% don't recommend it!

Cons:

Single room without balcony is not worth it, if you can, reserve room with balcony on the second floor as locals are quite loud in the evenings.

A very mean and rude hotel owner
Pros:

The hotel was in an excellent location in Tbilisi’s Old Town.

Cons:

It was a very unpleasant experience when, upon our arrival (5:00 a.m.)—even though the hotel had been notified of and had accepted our arrival time—they informed us that we had made a mistake and that the two rooms we had booked were not available.
The owner’s behavior was unacceptable, and she suggested that we leave our belongings there and go for a walk until noon, when she could have our rooms ready.
Finally, after we pressed her and threatened to call the police, she gave us a single room for the first night.
On many of the following nights, there was a lot of commotion in the hotel lobby, with arguments between guests and the hotel staff.
The breakfast was sufficient in quantity but repetitive and lacking in variety.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε άριστο σημείο, μόλις 3 λεπτά από το κεντρικο σημείο, και το δωμάτιο που μείναμε ήταν πραγματικά πολύ καλό. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και το δωμάτιο καθαρό και άνετο.

Cons:

Το πρωινό χρειάζεται αναβάθμιση. Δυστυχώς είναι πολύ απλό και δεν καλύπτει κάποιον που ενδεχομένως να είναι λίγο πιο περίεργος με το φαγητό του. Είχε τα πολύ βασικά. Δεν είχε ποικιλία στο ψωμί, δεν είχε φρούτα, γιαουρτι, ή καποιο δημητριακό.

Good location, but rooms are small
Pros:

Good location, but the room was tiny.
Also the rooms overlook the bar courtyard where there are tables, and it can be noisy at night.
Also breakfast starts at 9.00am, so if you have an early start you will miss it (although one day we asked and we were served breakfast at 8.00am).
