Pros:

Ottima accoglienza da parte di Alexandra. L'albergo è in un cortile carinissimo, ci sia arriva tramite una stradina laterale vicino alla Piazza principale e la Basilica. Colazione abbondante tradizionale (non continentale) e stanza comoda e pulita, ideale per un weekend in centro Tbilisi.

It is not a good choice 😕
Cons:

Despite the very friendly and hospitable staff and the calm environment, unfortunately I have to share some serious issues about my stay.
First of all, I really don’t understand how this place is rated as a 4-star hotel. At best, it feels more like a basic guesthouse.
The room was extremely small, to the point that there was no space to even place a suitcase properly.
The shower was broken, and the bathroom itself was very small.
There was no trash bin in the room.
There was only one power outlet, which was not usable for both the electric kettle and the refrigerator.
The refrigerator door could not be opened properly because it was blocked by a chair.
On top of that, a very unpleasant cooking smell spread through the rooms and stayed for hours.
Overall, I do not recommend choosing this place for accommodation.

Pros:

расположение отличное - Площадь свободы, кафе, рестораны старого города в 3 - 5 мин. По улице нет дорожного движения, Тишина, Кондиционер, Балкон, Персонал очень приятный и доброжелательный.
Все это с оценкой 10.

Cons:

Завтрак очень однообразный, но можно попросить сделать глазунью вместо омлета. Хлеб не вкусный, видимо вчерашний. Мед, творог, масло, оливки, сметана, помидор и огурец вкусные (можно порезать и сделать салат со сметаной. Сосиски дали только один раз.
Нет кофе машины, пришлось пить растворимый кофе с водой из тена , не всегда кипяток. Советую, поставить кофе машину и сделать ее доступной хотя бы утром.
Нет подъезда ко входу гостиницы, пришлось тащить чемоданы 20 - 30 м по брусчатке, но это мелочи, на которые можно не обращать внимание.

Temiz, güzel bir otel. Tiflisi yürüyerek gezmek istiyorum diyorsanız kesinlikle burayı tercih edin.
Pros:

Otelin konumu şahaneydi. Konakladığımız süre boyunca her yere kolayca ulaşabildik.
Odalar güzel ve en önemlisi temizdi. Odada ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Ücretsiz çay/kahve ikramları da bulunuyordu.
Özellikle balkonlu bir otel arıyordum. Akşam oturduğumuzda ses gürültü vesaire hiçbir şey yoktu.
Personel ilgisi güzeldi. Check out yaptıktan sonra valizlerimizi birkaç saatliğine bırakabildik. Personellerden Alexandra'ya ilgisi ve güzel sohbetinden ötürü teşekkür ediyorum :)

Cons:

Kahvaltısı daha çeşitli olabilirdi. En azından bir çeşit hamur işi eklenebilirdi.
İkinci gün sabah odadan çıkmadan temizlenmesi için kart asmıştık fakat geldiğimizde oda temizlenmemişti. Ertesi gün ayrılacağımız için biz çok dert etmedik ama yine de dikkat edilmeli diye düşünüyorum.

Yeterli kahvaltı ve Fiyat performans
Pros:

3 oda olarak 5 arkadaş konakladık, merkeze cok yakın odalar temizdi. Ara sokakta yer aldığından gece sokak biraz ürkütebiliyor fakat taksi kullandığımızdan sorun yaşamadık. Kahvaltı gerçekten yeterliydi kahvaltılıklar dısında ilk gün omlet ve yumurtalı ekmek 2. Gün haslanmış yumurta ve krep çıkmıştı. Ücret talep etmeden su bile ikram ettiler dısarıdan su almamıza gerek kalmadı. Tam bir Fiyat performans. Odalar sıcaktı klimalar yeterliydi kışın düşünmeden tercih edilebilir.

Cons:

1 odayı ekonomik oda satın aldık oda biraz küçük geldi onun dısında hiç sorun yaşamadık.

Fiyat performans açısından ideal ve güzel bir konaklama
Pros:

Otel özgürlük meydanına 4-5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde ve her yere çok yakın. Odamız temiz ve sıcaktı.Isıtma sistemi yeterliydi ama ekstra battaniye yorgan koyabilirlerdi. Genel olarak rahat ve tam fiyat performans için ideal bir konaklamaydı.

Cons:

Temizlik konusunda iyiydi ama girdiğimizde bir önce ki misafirlerden kalma çöp vardı. Su ısıtıcı vardı 2 bardak 2 çay koyulmuş. 3 gün için hiç yoktan daha fazla çay ve kahve koyulabilirdi. Ve bardaklar günlük değiştirilmeli.
