We had an absolute amazing stay in MUSMORE for 3 days. The staff were super friendly and caring, they let us check-in earlier, always making sure that everything is good. The location is super comfortable, in the very center and everything in walk distance. Definitely recommended to stay here whether you’re with friend or a family.

Additionally, Aleksandra from reception was extremely kind and helpful with a problem I had with my bag lock. She found a solution to open it for a fair price, and was overall very kind.
Streets to get to hostel are not very "friendly" for bags with wheels, and taxi may not get there as cars are blocking the way many times. But the hotel is not to blame for this.

Nothing, I was not able to check in as they canceled my booking at 5pm despite confirming it earlier and wishing me a great anniversary! This experience has been terrible as they have given my room to another guest.
The communication from the team as they confirmed my booking and wished me a great anniversary then cancelled it on the check-in date at 5pm which caused troubles and affected me and my wife.
Çalışanları çok sıcak kanlı ve güler yüzlülerdi. Özellikle Alexandra, gece geç saat olmasına rağmen gayet pozitif, güler yüzlü ve yardım sever idi. Sabah kahvaltıda da hala mesaide idi ve yorgun olmasına rağmen çok pozitif idi. Merkezi konumu, nostaljik ama şık atmosferi, temizliği gayet güzeldi otelin.
Aslında tesisin elinde olan bir şey değil, eski Tiflis’de olmasından dolayı olsa gerek şebeke suyunun kesik olması pek de hoş değildi, ama çok da büyük problem değildi.
