Great location. Hotel needs an identity check (especially on the food front).

This place needs more doors and an honest indentity check.

I'm leaving a 7, because It's an ok 4*, but nowhere near luxurious, and don't let the photos fool you. And so, this review is for people who think they have found a hidden gem (you haven't, other than the location). It's a solid hotel, but for some reason tries punching above its weight and failing at that.

Location: excellent. Ski-in/out. Beginners beware - the slope is a challenging red. The area is super quiet, too. Such a contrast to village hotels.

The room: well sized. Missing at least 2 (maybe 3 doors if pushing it. The toilet could use something resembling a door, and not a wardrobe slide (you actually have to chose, either the wardrobe, or the toilet are closed at any given time, none of them very well). The bathroom has no doors - fine for couples, but gets interesting for friends or if you're using the 2+1 sleeping option. With that door missing (that's now 2) one could at least have a small glass one at the shower cubicle, of anything, to make showers a warmer experience.

Bedding: small duvets, everything is poliester, doesn't breathe during the night. Yeah, no geese sacrificed their feather, but not really eco either.

Facilities: outdoor pool - looks amazing, probably great during the Summer. In the Winter it's at least 2-3C too cold to he comfortable. I get it. Those 3 degrees would probably double the heating bill. But right now you've ended up with something that's still expensive, but also mediocre. And while you're there, don't forget to bring your allocated pool towels from your room... You have ~30 rooms, how many extra towels would you have to wash daily if you had a proper towel section at the spa... You're just rebranding cheap as eco. Maybe all that extra water that you've saved means the filtered bottle that can be ordered at dinner is 4.40€ instead of 6€?

Food: that's an interesting one.

Además de una ubicación perfecta en plena pista, con fácil acceso desde el propio guarda-esquís, el hotel ha sido una de las mejores experiencias de nuestra estancia en Dolomitas. El personal súper agradable y profesional, con dedicación exquisita y rápida. Nos ha sorprendido la limpieza excepcional de todas las instalaciones. El servicio de Spa es inmejorable, tanto la piscina, como la sauna y hamman, y el servicio de infusiones gratuita que ofrece. El desayuno es súper completo y el restaurante Cinel es uno de los mejores que hemos probado en el pueblo a lo largo de nuestra semana. Volveremos 100%. Felicidades por vuestro hotel.

Am avut o vacanta minunata intr-un hotel cu conditii excelente

Absolut totul a fost minunat !! Personalul foarte bine pregatit si foarte amiabil !! Conditiile excelente !!! Centru Spa extraordinar apa din piscina foarte calda desi afara erau -15 grade !! Micul dejun foarte bun si servirea ireprosabilă. Locatia excelenta pe marginea partiei Saslong B dar are si transfer cu microbuzul spre lifturile din Val Gardena ( recomand Nives pentru incepatori )

Perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr schön. Direkter Zugang vom Skikeller über einen Fahrstuhl auf die Skipiste. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Sauna und Aussenpool herrlich nach einem Skitag. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr lecker. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer war groß und ruhig. Insgesamt ein perfekter Skiausflug, Geheimtipp ;-).

Cons:

Es gab nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hätte. Durch Zufall das Hotel entdeckt und absolut zufrieden gewesen.

Fantastic hotel and an even better staff! Can’t wait to come back!
Pros:

The facilities were exceptional. Every detail was considered when they rebuilt and it shows. The staff was amazing, friendly and warm, smiling and helpful!

Cons:

Sometimes you might want to take a late night dip, but I understand they need to set limits on pool timing. It corresponds to when the dining room opens in the evening.
