Pros:

Me gustó el lugar y la ubicación muy cómodo por el precio me pareció excelente

Cons:

En general me gustó bastante el hotel, tal vez no me agrado mucho la persona que nos recibió en recepción me pareció un poco lenta quizás por su edad pero excelente lugar

Mi estancia en Villa hermosa!! 😊
Pros:

La ubicación, el cuarto aunque pequeño pero cómodo, aire acondicionado, televisión, programación nacional e internacional, regadera baño lavado todo muy limpio, sábanas limpias, toalla, todo muy bien 😃

Cons:

La atención recibida cuando llegué ya que estuve más de 15 minutos esperando a que me atendieran porque no había nadie, el encargado de la noche, un señor grande en su persona muy atento pero le falta capacitación relacionado con las aplicaciones de apartado en línea.
No me quejo tanto del señor porque gracias a Dios tiene un trabajo pero si requiere de más atención para cuando llegue al cliente.

Reporte el WC que estaba tapado y no fueron a revisarlo.
Las paredes estaban todas puercas.
El piso limpio, paredes súper mugrosas chorreadas etc
