Village Limits Bed and Breakfast Rooms

We really enjoyed our stay.
The room was clean and comfortable and we had a delicious meal in the restaurant, where our waiter was a very helpful and efficient young man.
There was a small mix up with the room (our fault) which the owner quickly resolved.
Next time we visit Woodhall Spa this is where we would stay. Highly recommended!

Good location with a great room with air conditioning which was perfect with the heat. Beautifully furnished, decorated and spotless room. Owners were really welcoming and helpful and have put together amazing accommodation as well as an amazing pub. They have a working juke box which is surrounded by wonderful and eclectic furnishings that are a feast for the eyes. It doesn't stop there, if you're planning on staying make sure you take the opportunity to book dinner with them, you won't be disappointed by the high quality food on offer.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I loved it! The rooms are so thoughtfully decorated and equipped - I can’t express enough how nice it is to have a big towel and a flannel, just to give one example. The bed is incredibly comfortable, with lovely sheets. The staff are really lovely. The cooked breakfast is excellent!! And when I was unable to make it for breakfast this time round (leaving too early) the staff provided a truly stunning selection in my room, including a delicious fresh chopped berries in thick Greek yoghurt with granola (homemade?). Honestly, couldn’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be using it for my work trips for the foreseeable future.

Gorgeous rooms! So well put together and clean. The air con was a great bonus as it was a warm weekend.
I loved the movie feature as well on the TV as it was nice to just be able to settle in for the night.

Breakfast was fab as well. Very tasty and a few different options to choose from.

Beautiful location and amazing accommodation. This is an exceptional B&B which I cannot speak highly enough of. It is so clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was freshly cooked, with lots of choice, including as much tea and coffee you can drink. I would definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

It's in an excellent position for my needs. Great to have plenty of parking outside the rooms. Liked that the rooms were away from the main building. Nice outside seating area where you could have breakfast if you wanted in nice weather

After the initial shock of the multi coloured, personalised room which was very quirky you fell in love with it.
The bed was so comfortable you didn’t want to get up.
All staff there were very friendly and breakfast fantastic

Can only describe it as being sandwiched between a magnificent Chef and a fab Interior Designer. Food was awesome, evening meal and breakfast and decor all stylishly Kookie. Everything we needed including air con and lovely toiletries. Highly recommend if you need food and a place to stay in the area. Amazing price for the quality of service you get from the hosts.

Absolutely beautiful place bed was really comfortable couldn’t ask for a better night.

The room decoration and view of the field. Good shower. Great choice for breakfast. Shame they were closed for meals at beginning of week.
