We have been before, we love the peaceful area, we love the quirkiness of the rooms decor and ornaments , all quality soft furnishings .
Superb offerings on the menus , and friendly hosts. There's so much attention to detail .. air con if required, comfortable beds and bedding.
The property is quirky and not what I expected from the photos but once I adjusted I loved it for what it was. Certainly one I will remember. The room was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. All my needs were met. Breakfast was great I was just sorry I could not partake it a full breakfast as I was out and about but what I had was great quality

Bathroom needed a mat when getting out of the bath.
Breakfast was excellent, a good variety of food, nice and hot. Lady waitress was very polite and friendly.
Attitude of staff upon arrival, met us in car park with keys to rooms, and appeared to just to get rid of us. We booked a king size bed, but only got two single beds in room 3. No refrigerator in room, which was advertised. Unable to have evening meal at premises told by member of staff, all quested are advised to book prior to arrival, we were not informed of this.

This place was amazing. The welcome, the friendliness was off the charts. The breakfast was to die for . I’m coming back again. I’d love to sample the dinner but unfortunately we didn’t get the opportunity as it was bank holiday Sunday and unavailable. Next time definitely

Great location just on the outskirts of Woodhall Spa. Lovely & peaceful. Room was clean, very comfortable & has everything you need. Unfortunately we didn’t have an evening meal there but the menu looked fantastic. Highly recommend booking a table for dinner in advance otherwise they do stop serving quite early. The breakfast room is separate to the bar & really lovely. The cooked breakfast was exceptional. The decor in the bar is eclectic but very fun!
