Wellnessbereich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Weine waren megatoll

Kein Shampoo, keine Bodylotion auf den Zimmern.

Aspettative non completamente soddisfatte.
Pros:

Posizione, pulizia, camera, e stanza per late check-out.

Cons:

Scarse/nulle informazioni all’arrivo riguardo servizi inclusi (spa, merenda…) e alle attività disponibili nel circondario.
Non ho apprezzato che al ristorante non servano acqua del rubinetto ( buonissima) ma solo in bottiglia e piuttosto costosa.
Nel buffet della cena non sono indicati i nomi dei piatti proposti.
il giorno del check out non è stato possibile fruire della spa, se non a pagamento, pur non avendone fruito il giorno del check-in poiché siamo arrivati a ridosso dell’ora di cena (entro le 20,00).

Extravagantes Hotel
Pros:

Ein Hotel, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Super Lage. Die Inhaber und das gesamte Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Einfach nur empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Vorweg, wir mögen die Italiener sehr, aber irgendwann im 21. Jahrhundert müssten sie doch endlich einmal die internationalen Sauna Regeln beachten und nicht mit nassen Badeanzug in die Trockensauna einrücken !!!

Velmi rádi přijedeme znovu.
Pros:

Skvělá lokalita dostupností autem a také svahem, který je hned u hotelu, nadprůměrné jídlo, milý a vstřícný personál, skvělý poměr cena/výkon

Cons:

Bohužel absentuje bidet či alespoň sprška na WC.

All’Alpe, Seelaus una certezza
Pros:

Oramai terzo anno in inverno in diversi periodi della stagione sciistica. Sempre meglio: posizione defilata ma perfetta per accedere alle piste (metti gli sci e via! Impagabile lo dico sempre!), stanza nuova, pulita, funzionale, luminosa e con bellissimo bagno. Letti comodi e accessori perfetti. Balcone direttamente sulla pista. Skiroom ordinata, pulita e funzionale. Parcheggio comodo. Cucina (difficile a crederci!) ulteriormente migliorata e davvero di alto livello. Personale attento cortese e simpatico. Sale relax e sauna molto carine. Che dire, tanti complimenti alla famiglia Gobbo e a tutto lo staff! Bravissimi e grazie! Alla prossima volta!

Qui viene proprio il difficile: mancanza di bidet e i cuscini (coi quali anche la volta scorsa avevo litigato)
