Hotel muy oscuro, muchas áreas descuidadas, camas súper incómodas. Las persianas incompletas y en mal estado, llaves del lavabo, cancel del baño, balcón, ventilador en mal estado también. Ni siquiera fueron a hacer la habitación. Estacionamiento muy pequeño y meren muchos carros. No hay nada cercano. Para lo caro que está, busquen otra opción de hospedaje.

Las camas un poco duras
Lo que no me gustó es que las instalaciones ya están un poco deterioradas le falta mantenimiento, el lavabo del baño roto los desagües tapados y la bañera presentaba los azulejos en malas condiciones, las TV muy viejas, por lo demás bien, por lo que se pagó creo que fue caro por las condiciones del alojamiento
Breakfast was not included. But there was restaurant service. Molletes were tasty. On sundays they have buffet service, so you can enjoy a meal after swiming in the pool. The location was near the event I was assisting to, Hacienda Santa Inés, so if your event is in that place is very convinient to stay at this hotel. It meets the requirements to take a fair rest.
Very quiet. Virtually no other guests.
Extremely hard beds and depressingly dark rooms, cracked and peeling concrete and paint, the toilet leaking on the bathroom floor, the pool was not clean and I became very Ill the second day. The next day we saw that the pool had been covered and remained so, so out of use. The morning we were leaving no breakfast was available, maybe no chef turned up.
Room bigger than I expected.
The building is old and dirty. Rust in some metal objects in the room. But room in general was clean.
The reception staff were helpful and the breakfast buffet was decent.
We were only staying one night for a wedding nearby, so we weren't too picky. However, I really wasn't impressed with this hotel. It looks impressive and shiny from the outside, but the rooms were rather shabby and oddly shaped. The bathroom counter was heavily cracked, and when we arrived, there was a cockroach in the shower. The room was quite hot but luckily there was a fan. A bit expensive for the low quality.

The staff was very polite, helpful and overall really nice.
My room didn't have an AC, and unfortunately no more rooms with AC were available. Needless to say, the matresses were so hard, nobody from my family got a restful sleep, AND sweating from the heat.
Just because it was too late and the town is so small, we weren't gonna move somewhere else.
The pool was a great idea for my kids, up until they got into and came out right away, because it was full of leaves and pieces of trash. Could have been skimmed on a daily basis, since the hotel was at a full capacity.
Overall, pretty hotel, maybe 20 years ago, needs some maintenance and change of beds.
