The bathroom facilities were great
The bed was uncomfortable, the bed was very loud and creaky, the main issue was the room temp was 31 degrees the air con system or the room controls were broken so we had to leave and stay somewhere else due to the temperature in the room and the bed

Location is perfect. The room was lovely and very clean. The bath tub was amazing!
No air conditioning. The floor heating was on and after switching off it was still hot for several hours. We went in spring but it was already too hot in the room. Wouldn’t go there in summer unless they install air conditioning
Location was brilliant! Right in the centre with plenty to do and see.

Was beautiful
We never had any hot water for a shower or to use the hot tub the whole time. We informed the staff who said there was other people using the hot water it was a joke.

Unbelievable place, we stayed in the fantasy suite. Will 100% be back. Had a fantastic stay with the misses. Great location as well.

Very central
A bit small, didn’t agree with having to pay deposit £150.00 (yes in all fairness you get it back) but after paying nearly £400 for one night. Not really worth it.
Absolutely outstanding suite. It exceeded any expectations I had of the property, it was cleaned to a very high standard and the mini fridge in the room was stocked with goodies
