Terrific food and friendly staff.
The hotel has a large parking lot, secure, with no extra charge. It's in excellent condition, everything very clean, including room and bathroom. Kind staff. Very large room with separate sleeping and "living" area, large bathroom. Breakfast OK. Very good value for money.
Choose this hotel only if you have a car for moving around. Nothing really to do nearby. There is some kind of a factory near the hotel and our view form the room was to it's junk yard, not very nice. Air conditioning in the room was functioning, but noisy. There was a wall right in the middle of the room separating sleeping area from the TV area so one could not watch TV from the bed. TV wasn't functioning anyway...
The hotel was clean and is new
given the lack of amenities in the room, smell from the toilet and weak breakfast i wonder the 4 star rating of the hotel and price. Certainly not worth the price range. Also, although hotel was not fully booked we got a room at ground floor looking at the restaurant. Everyone could look inside if no tick curtains and was loud until late in the evening and early in the morning

I didn't feel welcome when I checked in - no welcome and basic info. The receptionist got lightly irritated when asking for basic information about breakfast time and the Internet. Same experience when checking out. Same experience in the restaurant. It seems that the same person serves both the reception and restaurant part of the day.
