bella la vista dalla sala pranzo.

Cons:

la camera che avevamo era abbastanza rumorosa, per rumori che venivano probabilmente dalla cucina dell hotel o da qualche magazzino sotto la nostra camera.
A colazione ci hanno fatto sedere in un tavolo gia' usato da qualcun altro, senza cambio di tovaglia. Non ci hanno consentito l' uso della piscina col rischio che ci trattenessimo nelle aree comuni dell'hotel poco oltre l' orario del check out La piscina era vuota..
Non il massimo dell'ospitalita' in generale.

Purtroppo un finale spiacevole ha rovinato il soggiorno

Abbiamo prenotato 2 camere per una notte e anche cenato nel loro ristorante. Non avendo usufruito della piscina, la mattina del check out abbiamo chiesto con gentilezza se fosse possibile , una volta liberate le camera (anche in anticipo rispetto all’orario del check out) rimanere un'oretta in piscina, per fare un bagno prima di partire.
La risposta del proprietario è stata tutt’altro che accogliente; mentre gli parlavo, mostrava espressioni chiaramente infastidite e scocciate, il che ha reso il momento molto spiacevole. Quando gli ho fatto notare il suo atteggiamento, ha risposto: “Vabbè, se proprio deve rimanga, ma in genere quando uno fa il check-out, se ne va.”
A causa di questo comportamento, ci siamo sentiti poco graditi e abbiamo deciso di andare via subito, rinunciando al bagno in piscina.
In tanti anni di viaggi, non mi era mai capitato di ricevere una tale mancanza di cortesia e un trattamento di questo tipo.

Pros:

The food was delicious in the evening, the staff are charming and friendly. the view is beautiful from the pool and the restaurant , very romantic. A great location for Tivoli

Superb
Pros:

The perfect little spot for the very end of our Europe holiday, a tiny little town in the mountains. The place was very authentic, the pool was a god send and we loved the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner! The staff were so kind and helpful, we all got through a few days with a language barrier. Such a great little spot for the price.

Cons:

Nothing not to like, but be prepared for authentic accom and facilities in a rustic old building.

Exceptional
Pros:

We were delayed picking up our hire car at Fiumicino Airport, and the staff at the hotel kindly let us in after midnight even though this was well after the official check-in time. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast on the terrace with amazing views over the surrounding hills.

The swimming pool is a bonus. The location is remote yet refreshing with the mountain and nature view which are all adding value to the accomodation.

Cons:

The professionalism of the host including the administration, welcoming to the guest. Knocking the door of the guest at 10:30am and asking us to leave.
