Wie schon beim ersten mal, die tolle Lage + Aussicht. Super nettes Personal. Wir kommen auf jedenfall dieses Jahr noch einmal.

Ehrlichkeit ist wichtig
Pros:

Die Lage zum Rennsteig, dieser ist wirklich direkt vor der Tür, das Frühstück ist sehr gut (es ist Thüringen, also deftige Kost) das Personal morgens sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Geruch im ganzen Haus nach Speisen. In den Zimmern geht es gut aber im Treppenaufgang ging es nicht. Bitte viel mehr und gründlicher Lüften. Die Kellnerin am Abend unserer Ankunft war mit ihrer Situation total überfordert. Es waren nicht viele Tische besetzt, daher konnten wir dies nicht verstehen und sind kein weiteres Mal in ihrem Restaurant eingekehrt.

echt super und mit toller preis-/leistung!
Pros:

tolle lage, sehr gepflegt und sauber, sehr freundliches personal, gutes frühstück und super holzofen-sauna im nachbar-hotel, echt klasse und idealer stützpunkt zur weiteren erkundung von thüringen!

Pros:

Alles sauber, Betten waren gut , Heizung war sehr gut da Aufenthalt im Februar.
Das Frühstück war lecker und gute Auswahl. Das Halbpension Abendessen ist eine sehr gute Idee, preiswert und vorzüglich. Wir waren das dritte Mal da, bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal.

Pros:

Das lichtdurchflutete Frühstücksrestaurant mit Fernsicht war der Knüller.
Ebenso hat uns das sehr schmackhafte Abendessen begeistert.
Danke an die fleißige Betreiberin.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft 15 Uhr war alles verschlossen. Auf das Klingeln reagierte niemand. Erst mit anderen Gästen sind wir in das Gebäude gekommen.

Insgesamt ein schöner Kurzausflug.
Pros:

Gefallen hat uns das Ambiente des Hotels und die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Besonders auch hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete Frühstück. ALLES da !!!! Man konnte für 17 € Abendessen in der zum Hotel gehörenden
Gaststätte "Jägerstube " hinzubuchen oder à la carte essen. Sehr schmackhafte Küche.

Cons:

Leider gab es in der Gaststätte kein Pilsner Bier. Paulaner Bier in Thüringen ist schon grenzwertig. Zum Glück wurde wenigstens Köstritzer Schwarzbier ausgeschenkt.
Bei den Betten hat uns das über zwei Betten gehende Unterbett im Ganzen sehr gestört. Gezwungenermaßen mußte man dadurch jede Bewegung des Partners mitmachen. Es schaukelte wie auf hoher See. Nichts für uns.

Sehr schöne Lage mitten im Thüringer Wald, auch wenn die Anfahrt im Winter abenteuerlich ist. 😄 Das Personal ist sehr nett und die Zimmer in top Zustand. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben.
