La décoration est particulièrement bien soignée, l’hôtel est très propre. La localisation est idéale (à côté de tout, plage à 100 mètres, restaurants, supermarché…). Le lit est très grand et très confortable. La chambre est préparée et organisée avec soin jusqu’au moindre petit détail.
La piscine est très agréable. Isra nous a très bien accueillis.
Il faut prévoir des boules quies car la localisation est à la fois la qualité et le défaut de cet hôtel. Étant dans une rue remplie de bars, la musique est très forte et la chambre n’est pas insonorisée pour ça.
De plus, il n’y a pas de séparation nette entre les toilettes et la chambre (une cloison ouverte).
Hôtel intimiste! Très bien entretenu a l'extérieur et a l'intérieur décoré avec goût.
Petit déjeuné délocalisé à quelques mètres dans un établissement partenaire, pour être vu face à la mer.

Le personnel de l'établissement était très agréable et surtout très aidant. L'hôtel n'est pas très grand ce qui est un plaisir puisque nous y sommes tranquilles et que cela nous permet de bien nous reposer. Il est très bien situé, sans être dans le centre qui est plus bruyant. En résumé, parfait pour se reposer tout en profitant pleinement du centre ville et des plages juste à côté !

Einfach alles! Das Hotel ist liebevoll gestaltet und wird aufwändig gepflegt. Alle Angestellten sind unglaublich freundlich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder ins Tierra del Mar gehen.

Noisy being in the middle of town which didn’t overly bother us.
Small hotel with not many facilities but enough for what you need for a relaxed few days.
Super schone en uiterst comfortabele kamer met een heerlijk bed.
Doordat het midden in het centrum ligt hoor je veel geluiden ‘s nachts.
Daarnaast hadden wij inclusief ontbijt geboekt. Echter is het ontbijt niet bij het hotel, maar is er een samenwerking met een restaurant op het strand op 2 minuten lopen. Daar werden wij helaas totaal niet vriendelijk geholpen en bleek het ontbijt zeer beperkt te zijn. Enkel wat fruit, yoghurt en plakje toast. Wil je een eitje dan moet je bijbetalen. Wij hadden ei bijbesteld maar moesten daar 15 euro voor bijbetalen En dat voor 1 lepel roerei waar je nog geen toast mee kan beleggen. Echt idioot! Dit ook aangegeven bij de hotel manager. Als ik het hotel was zou ik voor het ontbijt een samenwerking aangaan met een ander restaurant, bijvoorbeeld restaurant Zonnebloem of Le Bluk. Daar hebben wij zelf de andere dag ontbeten en dat was super!! Ook een paar minuten lopen van het hotel.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel. Freundliches Personal und perfekte Lage - alles super gut zu Fuß erreichen.
Putzkräfte zum Teil etwas übermotiviert und verräumen mehr als erwünscht.
Negativ ist der Preisunterschied für Touristen bei Buchung in jeglicher Fremdwährung, denn es werden aufgrund des selbst gewählten Kurs des Hotels ca 15% mehr verrechnet - dies ist nicht erkennbar im Vorhinein während der Buchung.
