Pros:

Sehr schönes, sauberes Hotel. Freundliches Personal und perfekte Lage - alles super gut zu Fuß erreichen.

Cons:

Putzkräfte zum Teil etwas übermotiviert und verräumen mehr als erwünscht.
Negativ ist der Preisunterschied für Touristen bei Buchung in jeglicher Fremdwährung, denn es werden aufgrund des selbst gewählten Kurs des Hotels ca 15% mehr verrechnet - dies ist nicht erkennbar im Vorhinein während der Buchung.

Beautiful and Romantic Boutique Adult Only Respite
Pros:

This beautiful boutique hotel is the epitome of bohemian chic. With only nine rooms accommodating a maximum of eighteen adults, the property feels intimate and thoughtfully curated. Each room is designed for relaxation, with wonderfully comfortable beds, high‑quality linens and towels, a beach basket for day trips, and for our suite, a fabulous private hammock.

The rooms are clad in light stone with calming textiles and multiple lighting options. Our bathroom, however, was quite dim and could benefit from additional lighting. The A/C worked perfectly during our December stay, the rooms smelled fantastic, and everything was kept impeccably clean.

Isar, the property manager, was fantastic and attentive to many small details. Breakfast at the beach club down the street was sufficient, though nothing particularly memorable. The pool area was inviting, but the water was quite cold in December.

Rates were very reasonable, and I would absolutely consider staying here again. The Junior Suite, in particular, is amazing and well worth the splurge.

Cons:

I hesitate here, because in so many ways this property deserves five stars, but it falls short due to a few small—yet noticeable—details. A coffee maker and pods are provided, but no milk or creamer is available, and artificial sweetener couldn’t be obtained. There is no refrigerator in the room for storing medication, and ice is not available – you will need to purchase your own (many bars can sell you a few cups of ice if you don't need a full bag). One additional suggestion: guests staying in the garden‑view suite should be able to turn off the outdoor lights to fully enjoy the incredible Holbox night sky.

Amazing hotel, even better staff!
Pros:

The hotel and staff are amazing. The rooms are very well designed and comfortable. The pool area is great for relaxing. The staff really does go above and beyond to make sure you’re stay is the best it can be. I can not stress how amazing the staff is!

Sehr schönes & gepflegtes Hotel
Pros:

Insgesamt eine kleine, dafür aber sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Die Lage ist super. Durch den Innenhof hat man trotzdem seine Ruhe.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Frühstück dazu gebucht, das in einem anderen Hotel direkt am Strand serviert wird. Das Ambiente am Strand ist zwar super, allerdings ist das gebotene Frühstück nichts besonderes.

Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité de Isra pendant le séjour toujours de bon conseil, nous avons aussi aimé l’emplacement ainsi que le petit déjeuner inclus au beach club à côté de l’hôtel - le deuxième jour on y a d’ailleurs passé toute la journée

Rien tout est parfait le personnel est aux petits soins

Pros:

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl in der Unterkunft Tierra del Mar gefühlt. Isra hat und herzlich empfangen und war für Fragen immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Es war ein schöner Rückzugsort für uns und wir würden die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Ontzettend goed hotel op een erg goede locatie
Pros:

Geweldige accommodatie, heerlijke kamer en heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Dicht bij het strand en alle restaurantjes in het dorpje. Ook dat het adults only is, is ontzettend fijn. Absolute aanrader!

Cons:

Het ontbijt wordt verzorgd door de naastgelegen strandtent. De locatie voor het ontbijt is top en erg lekker, maar best weinig qua hoeveelheid, weinig variatie en voor bijvoorbeeld een eitje moet je bijbetalen. Het hotel kan er niets aan doen, maar er kwamen erg veel vliegen op het eten af. De strandtent kan beter wat waaiers o.i.d. neerzetten.
