Dont get your expectations hight
Pros:

Heated pool. Friendly staff. Very clean and neat. Breakfast variety. Good location

Cons:

Not worth the money! I was expecting a better takeaway compared to the price I have paid. The rooms are very noisy at night, my room was facing the main street, every passing car sounded like it was walking through my room, window insulation is very poor, the first night was windy I could hear the ceiling (or some metals close by) hitting and the noise was annoying.The room was very small not really family friendly. During breakfast it took them a long time to refill the glass cups when none are left to use. and the fruit trays when emptied took too long to get it back. The first day I waited to get some but did not see it coming after I have waited some time then had to leave without eating it.. simply, I had a better experience in other costa rican hotels. I'm pissed I went on blind with this reservation.
Better also to dine in the restaurants across the street for better food portions and value of money

It was a pleasant stay and we would return for additional stays.
Pros:

The nature trail was like being in the rainforest. The staff were all very attentive and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Two days of our four day stay was without hot water. The shower was a walk in shower allowing the bathroom floor to also get wet and slippery.

Pros:

L’Hotel est magnifique
La piscine est incroyable
L’emplacement par rapport aux activités et au centre ville : très bien
Le petit dej était très (très) bon
La literie très confortable

Cons:

On a eu un bien qui n’a pas cessé d’aboyer toute la nuit (à priori du voisinage)
Le restaurant de l’hôtel est vraiment pas terrible, très très cher pour une qualité moyenne

Excellent hotel made even better by helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

Its location is excellent with fabulous views of the sunset. A good range of facilities. Well designed and able to cope with all weathers (it was rainy, windy and sunny all at the same time!) Staff were incredibly helpful and arranged great excursions/guides for us before we arrived. Good breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We made use of the reasonably priced laundry service - very efficient.

Cons:

Minor point - the shampoo and conditioner were not great - suggest you take you own.

Cons:

Prix du restaurant et choix faible personnel peu compétent et pas souriant. Ce est pas pour rien que très peu de monde y dîne ou déjeune

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, we were blown away on arrival. The outside areas + fire pits and the pool are lovely as was the jacuzzi. The sunset views from the terrace were stunning and most mornings we were greeted by rainbows. It’s located directly across the road from a good supermarket, and a couple of decent restaurants.
The bar staff do a great Negroni and all the staff (as with almost everywhere in Costa Rica) were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The restaurant was a bit of a let down on the first night, we waited over 10 minutes before having to ask for menus then were served by three different members of staff, possibly because we ate early with our two children. The steaks both came medium rather than as requested although the food generally was good.
The jacuzzi could have been warmer on occasion.

This is the place to stay in Monteverde! Welcoming, clean, beautiful and peaceful.
Pros:

We fell in love with Monteverde and this resort. The people were so welcoming and friendly. At check-in, we were provided a cold, ginger refreshment, which was a nice touch. The gardens were beautiful! Breakfast was fresh and delicious--the breads were outstanding! The hot tub was wonderful for relaxing after a day spent in the cloud forest. Rooms were bright, comfortable and we had plenty of space. And the fire pit was cozy. We will be back!

Cons:

The swim up bar could have been open longer. I think it closes at 8pm?

Sehr schönes Hotel mit netten Mitarbeitern und tollem Service
Pros:

Die netten Mitarbeiter, die Ausstattung unseres Zimmers der angelegte Garten. Eigentlich hat uns alles gefallen.
Auch die Idee mit den marshmellows an der offenen Flame zu erwähnen war sehr schon. An der Feuerstelle kommt man schnell mit anderen Reisenden ins Gespräch und so wurden gute Tipps ausgetauscht.
Zudem hatten wir ei Upgrade und somit einen jacuzzi im Zimmer. Die der wäscheservice ist ebenfalls klasse.
