Hôtel au top au bord de mer
Pros:

L emplacement au bord de la mer, accès facile au centre ville en 15mn à pied par le bord de mer. Piscine et bar sur le roof-top incroyable. Plein de restaurants sympa a proximité de l hotel. Accueil également au top !!!!

Espectacular y acogedor
Pros:

Cercania a la playa, solo 15 minutos andando al centro. Cuartos cómodos, modernos y limpios. Personal super amable, Casandra de recepción muy atenta. Amr el hotel Manager, muy pendiente de todo y amable.

Cons:

We checked in and registered with my contact information. First night around midnight I started to receive calls from an unknown number and then Whatsapp messages, greeting me by my frist name and identifying themselves as the manager of the hotel. They tried to scare us with a false "red code" that included extreme violent and sexual language, they knew and wrote down my phone number, name and hotel name. I called the police and a local friend to be with me as they had all this information already about me, when she arrived, other guests heard us and appeard in distress as they were experiencing the same situation just with different approach but same number and a worse story. (Which made us realize that the only thing in common we have it's that we registered in the hotel) I tried to call them on the group they created but no answer until the next day (after police left at 2 am), I have the conversation and pictures. We were informed that there was staff that had their shift over about 2 hours ago but stayed in the hotel to drink alcohol with other hotel guests this same night, which feels incredibly dangerous. The hotel owner and manager talked to us but basically their solution was trying to mark the reservation as No Show and refund a night. Even tho' the information was leaked from their hotel, by someone that had access to it, or someone left it accessible for other people. Which means, the danger was real, someone that have access to personal guests information can also have access to master keys and pass-codes. Manager re-victimized us in the end once the owner left, by saying it wasn't his staff, it wasn't him, that the information must have been taken from another place and that it was convenient that only 2 people in the same hotel area were contacted (i've never seen those guests before, like ever) They did marked this as No Show and kicked me off the Whatsapp group. Terrible way to handle things.

El alojamiento está muy bien, los colchones son muy cómodos y el hecho de estar apartado te hace estar muy tranquilo.
Deisy es un plus absoluto en recepción, tenerla a ella es tener una joya en el hotel!

First time at holbox
Pros:

What was not there to like. Communication through the entire booking process, taxi and stay was superb. The hospitality when I was arrived was like being treated from a close friend. Any question I had at anytime, I sent a text and shortly I would get a response one of the staff. It was less than 50 yards to the beach and another 50 yards down the beach to the best piña coladas in mexico at casa del mar. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and would gladly go back for another stay. This was my first time at holbox, I will be back.

Booked two beds only gave me one and then were rude about it, also loud speakers from rooftop bar I recommend the manager go into the bedrooms while the rooftop is open and experience it because it makes the place feel like a hostel not a luxury hotel

Limpeza e espaco excelente
Pros:

O hotel é bastante moderno e muito limpo. Tenho sempre receio de rncontros com animais( repteis e insectos) no quarto, no entanto apesar de estarmos numa ilha replecta de diferntes animais no quarto e instalacoes de hotel estava tudo impecavel. O roof top é um wspcaco excelwnte limpo e agradavel para relachar. Apenas a prais na zona nao é das mais belas mas o hotel fica bastante central e da para caminhar ate ponta mosquito ou ponta dos cocos. O pequrno almoco é simples mas muito agradavel tal como o espaco de comer. Funcionarios extremamente simpaticos e prestaveis. Indicam todas as informacoea necessarias a quando do chec in.

Hôtel proche de la mer sans plus
Pros:

Un peu éloigné , presque rien autour , petit dej pas top, les portes en bois font énorme de bruit, la chambre petite avec un grand lit superposé juste au dessus de la tête qui enlève de la lumière et qui baisse le plafond à 1,60m

Le roof top superbe avec une jolie petite piscine avec vue sur la mer et des espaces sympa pour se reposer. La plage a 20 m,
