Volveríamos con los ojos cerrados!!

El alojamiento está muy bien, los colchones son muy cómodos y el hecho de estar apartado te hace estar muy tranquilo.

First time at holbox
Pros:

What was not there to like. Communication through the entire booking process, taxi and stay was superb. The hospitality when I was arrived was like being treated from a close friend. Any question I had at anytime, I sent a text and shortly I would get a response one of the staff. It was less than 50 yards to the beach and another 50 yards down the beach to the best piña coladas in mexico at casa del mar. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and would gladly go back for another stay. This was my first time at holbox, I will be back.

Booked two beds only gave me one and then were rude about it, also loud speakers from rooftop bar I recommend the manager go into the bedrooms while the rooftop is open and experience it because it makes the place feel like a hostel not a luxury hotel

Limpeza e espaco excelente
Pros:

O hotel é bastante moderno e muito limpo. Tenho sempre receio de rncontros com animais( repteis e insectos) no quarto, no entanto apesar de estarmos numa ilha replecta de diferntes animais no quarto e instalacoes de hotel estava tudo impecavel. O roof top é um wspcaco excelwnte limpo e agradavel para relachar. Apenas a prais na zona nao é das mais belas mas o hotel fica bastante central e da para caminhar ate ponta mosquito ou ponta dos cocos. O pequrno almoco é simples mas muito agradavel tal como o espaco de comer. Funcionarios extremamente simpaticos e prestaveis. Indicam todas as informacoea necessarias a quando do chec in.

Helt okej men behöver en rejäl uppryckning

I grunden ett helt bra hotell där paketeringen lovar mycket mer än vad de levererar tyvärr. Rummen fina och balkongen härlig plus läget med närheten till beach och by uppskattades. Personalen i receptionen superbra och ökar upp betyget.

Cons:

Det märks att ägarskapet har ändrats. Städningen blandad i kvalitet eller hade inte ens varit där när vi kom tillbaka från stranden kl 17. Takterrassen med pool och bar var viktiga anledningar till att vi valde det här sk boutique hotellet och betalade mycket pengar. När vi kom dit fick vi information om att baren är trasig och därmed stängd och poolen iskall så gick inte att bada i.

På nyårsdagen dök inte kocken upp så ingen frukost serverades. Och andra dagar fanns inget bröd. Personalen sa själva ”många som jobbar här borde bli tagna i örat”. Ja, vi blev kompenserade med att få välja fritt från frukostmenyn men det motsvarar inte vad vi förväntade oss alls. Skärpning! Det här hotellet förtjänar en avsevärt bättre gästupplevelse än den vi fick i relation till priset.

Hôtel proche de la mer sans plus
Pros:

Un peu éloigné , presque rien autour , petit dej pas top, les portes en bois font énorme de bruit, la chambre petite avec un grand lit superposé juste au dessus de la tête qui enlève de la lumière et qui baisse le plafond à 1,60m

Le roof top superbe avec une jolie petite piscine avec vue sur la mer et des espaces sympa pour se reposer. La plage a 20 m,
