Pros:

La struttura esterna

Cons:

Rustico non vuol dire vecchio e liso.
Le camere e gli interni sono vecchi e rovinati. Il bagno aveva la tavoletta scolorita e il box doccia ed il doccino di 30 anni fa. Pieno di stoffe datate e polverose. Non c’è linea telefonica, solo wifi che non funziona bene. Colazione modesta. Prezzo eccessivo. Nella zona conviene andare il un agriturismo! Si spende la metà e sicuramente i servizi sono migliori. È completamente da ristrutturare.

Piccolo paradiso al centro dell'Umbria
Pros:

Tranquillità e serenità sono le parole d'ordine.
Consigliatissimo se si desidera passare qualche giorno in totale serenità e pace. Lontano dal caos e dal trambusto delle città.
Disponibilità dello staff incredibile, come sentirsi a casa.

Pros:

we arrived very tired after our walk from Bevagna and the owner (Diana) was so very friendly, helpful and welcoming. the room was very comfortable and quiet with lovely views. food was superb and our early breakfast made sure we got going in good time for the next stage of our walk. thank you!!

Very very enjoyable! Would come back.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, location good for visiting other towns. The host was brilliant.

Cons:

The pool was dirty at the bottom with lots of bugs floating on the surface. I cleaned them out once! A machine to clean the bottom was put on but did not quite do the job. It was a shame as everything else was perfect.
