Superb
Pros:

Super courteous and helpful staff. Amazing location,, you can literally walk 10 steps inside the property to find yourself in front of the Vijaynahar beach. Food was delicious and soberly priced, wayy better than it's neighbours who were super expensive. We got our stay extended by half a day with a small payment. All in all, great experience.

Good overall, but littering issue
Pros:

The place is beautifully located right at a very calm and quite stretch of beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was mostly Indian and quite delicious. We were given a fruit basket with local fruit in our room which was a really nice gesture( although it was delivered at 6:25am with a member of staff poking through the window and knocking on the door, waking us up) just to deliver the fruit)

Cons:

One point I want to stress is the behaviour of the staff. They were all nice and stuff but they were constantly littering all over the property to a point where it seemed like they were trying to ruin the looks of this beautiful island on purpose. I understand that the western and Indian views might differ when it comes to littering, but in the entire Andaman islands you find no trash lying around except for the beach of this hotel. When we were eating there, they would take the waste from our table and throw it away into the sand about 2 meters away from the table right before our eyes. In the morning after their beach dinners, the beach is paved with food scraps , dirty napkins, drink cans and tin foil. This practice obviously attracts plenty of dogs that loiter around the property in search for waste. The wiring is extremely stupid as there are about 100 switches in the room each disabling one another, which lead to us sometimes needing 3 minutes to turn a certain light or the ac on and off. The pool is pretty filthy but I wouldn’t know who wants to use it anyways, as the beautiful ocean is right around the corner.

Spacious room. Clean bathroom.

Cons:

The property has a very nice access to a beautiful beach. But they have not maintained the access and don't keep the beach very clean. People had thrown beer bottles in the stretch.
