Kleines Wanderhotel im Umgebindehaus mit einfacher guter Ausstattung .Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür...sehr praktisch. Die Frühstücks Mitarbeiterin ist sehr freundlich.

Die Lage, die Gastfreundlichkeit und die Einrichtung mit den vielen historischen Informationen über diesen Familienbetrieb waren hervorragend und auch das Essen war sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider gab es eine Bedienung die hin und wieder einen Teil der Getränkebestellung vergessen hat, auf Nachfrage brachte sie es dann aber immer sofort. Die Wartezeiten auf das Abendessen, wenn viele Gäste parallel da waren, war ebenfalls sehr lang (teilweise bis zu 1h), für Urlauber ist das aber durchaus nochmal eine gute Zeit um den Tag bei einem schönen Kartenspiel Revue passieren zu lassen.

Schöne Zimmer und super Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und sehr gut. Die Wirtin ist total nett und um alles bemüht. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gemütlich. Ich möchte gerne wieder kommen.

Für Wanderurlaub ist das Hotel bestens geeignet, aber nur in größerem Zimmer!
Pros:

Sehr gutes Essen und sehr gutes Frühstück! Für Wanderer war die Lage sehr gut! Restaurant und Biergarten vorhanden!

Cons:

Auf das Abendessen mussten wir 1 Std. und 15 Min. warten! Hunger erzeugt Frust!!! Für zwei Wanderer mit großem Rucksack war das Zimmer klein!

* On site restaurant meant that dinner was very conveniently located, which was great after a long day of walking
* Bus stop at the door for continuing the journey the next day

All the back and forth made for a memorable occasion. We’d stay there again, but not on closing day.

The location was special. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Because the location was special and the property was unattended and we arrived around dinner time, am Ruhetag, we had to get our keys out of a lock box. Unfortunately we were unable to connect with our US iPhone. Fortunately another guest helped us by using their phone. The restaurant at the hotel was closed. Two very small local restaurants required reservations. Fortunately we had some Landjäger in the car.

Cozy traditional Umgebindehaus with a terrace and the next bus stop right in front of it.

While the mum of the family who owns the hotel was friendly, the son and other staff member appeared rather brusque and cold.
