また利用したい。
Pros:

部屋がおしゃれで広く快適でした。
しいて言うなら、布団にマットレスが欲しかった。

又、突然の連泊で無理を言って、しかもこちらの思い違いで荷物もそのままにしてたのに、快く対応してくれた事に感謝です！

Cons:

台風で安全の為と思いますが、当日は天気も良かったので屋上で星を見たかった

ホテル選びを間違えてしまった
Pros:

石垣港から少し近いところ

Cons:

一階の部屋で、窓からの景色も板が貼ってあって見れないし、
湿気が凄すぎて空調つけるしかなくて、
寒すぎた。
空調つけてても、洗濯物が乾かないし、生乾きだし、部屋にポットもない、ベッドが硬すぎて腰痛いしで、
今まで泊まったホテルの中でワースト3に入ります。

The staff were not very helpful and did not speak English. Check-in hours are limited, and there is no option to leave luggage on-site if you arrive before check-in time, despite this being stated in the hotel's description. The room was very small and had no window.

The location is good, as it is close to both the port and downtown Ishigaki. I would recommend this place only for a one or two-night stay, or if you need to catch a ferry the following day.

Pros:

L’hotel è molto vicino al centro e al porto.

Cons:

La reception aperta solo in determinate fasce orarie è molto limitante, anche perché non permette di lasciare le valigie.
Una delle due camere prenotate aveva un forte odore di muffa.

お手頃だけど、臭いが気になった！
Pros:

中心地まですぐ近くなので、歩いて行けるのが良かったです。目の前に、コンビニ、ドラッグストア、カラオケがあるのも助かりました。

Cons:

お客さんに外国の方も多いせいか、部屋の臭いが独特で気になりました。

部屋から景色が見たかった
Pros:

清潔で使いやすい。スタッフの方が丁寧。場所もよく、前にコンビニとドラッグストアがあったのでとても便利。

Cons:

部屋にポットがなかった、ポットは欲しい。
スタッフの方がもう少し長い時間いて欲しい。駐車場を使わせてもらったが時間が翌朝11時までと言われ困った。連泊の場合は臨機応変にして欲しい

Pros:

The hotel is in a good position, in a quite central area very close to the port and the central part of the city with shops and markets, which is nice and very close you have a family Mart. The fridge is big and the bed quite comfortable.

Cons:

We booked a economy double room but we discovered that the window couldn’t be open and there was a strong smell of mould. The day after we asked to change and the staff was kind enough to help, we got a room with a window but the smell of mold was still there, tough less. The staff ignored most of the guests, perhaps due to insufficient English and afraid of making a mistake, a smile would have been nice though, when someone greets you.

乾燥機があると助かります。
レンタル自転車は、ちゃんと整備してから貸し出して欲しかったです。
でも、安く貸し出ししてくれるのでありがたかったです。
